beautiful property close to the beach. large number of eateries close by if you walk about 500m or have a bike on rent. hosts are very accommodating and are a pleasure to be around.

The reason why we didn't give a 9 or 10 is the breakfast. For this price it's not good enough. We've stayed in many cheaper places, and always had better breakfast. You can chose between Indonesian breakfast or plain toast & fruit. You can add an egg dish OR a pancake, both is not possible. It's too basic and not tasty enough. They also come to the villa to prepare your breakfast there, and although the staff is lovely, we would have prefered to have our privacy in the morning and that they just bring the breakfast. The first day we said at the reception that we didn't need cleaning everyday. However they insisted that it would happen every day. So everyday there are 3 staff members in your villa/garden to clean, and they change all the towels/linen even when they were not even used. It's great that they offer a daily service, but you should have the possibility to decline. Especially from an ecological point of view it was absolutely not necessary, and your privacy is also disturbed.

The villa and pool are very spacious, there are beautiful plants/trees in the garden. You have all the amenities you need in the villa. The staff is very friendly, Andy was such a lovely person. You can sit outside even in the evenings, because the staff comes around 18h to put measurements against the mosquitos. There is airco and fans, which makes it comfortable. With a better breakfast this place would be perfect!

Bathroom is not so clean, a lot of hairs on the stone floor (I know it's hard to clean the stones, but luckily we are normally backpackers so it wasn't any problem. But for luxurious travel it can be an issue)

Nice villa. Super big and cozy. Five star service. Fantastic room with lots of art. Quiet, lush green. Spacious living room and quite complete kitchen.

The bathroom and toilet are in open areas, so when it was dark, crabs or other insects would come. So it was scary for us to go to the toilet at night. They come to your villa and prepare breakfast in your kitchen, it was not tasty and hygienic for us.

The garden is very big so we felt comfortable. The seats were comfortable. the pool was not very clean.

Location was not great as per previous reviews. Quite crazy traffic at the end of the lane without a sidewalk so you are at the mercy of the traffic to not run you over walking to the main road. Beach is not very nice unfortunately. And it is super noisy in the plunge pool villa as it backs onto the road and staff break area so it was constant barking from the neighbours dogs, traffic and doof doof music from somewhere all night then all day chattering by the staff made it not so relaxing. Also you could see the neighbours window in the bathroom and through the bamboo in the shower so not very private. I did ask to be moved but as I had the studio they wouldnt move me. Suggest for anyone to request villas towards the back and quiet.

It said there is a coffee machine, there was coffee in a jar. Insects, ants, etc. in the area where the coffee is. I'm not counting things, the environment is incredibly natural. Frankly, I was surprised how this would happen during the pandemic period. Every person who comes in dips his spoon and takes his coffee? Has the spoon touched your mouth before? Is the spoon clean? How can I know..? When I reported this, the authorities did nothing. We are just employees, they said to our boss that I will convey it. Even if you don't have a coffee machine, what if you put a pack of coffee? The first night there were cobwebs in the room, it was to mosquitoes trip in the room everywhere. There is a cover on the bed, but one side was completely open, I don't understand if they thought it would be enough if they protected 3 sides. We remember with a smile now. Pillows and stuff were dirty. When the insect repellent they put in the toilet and bathroom is finished; It was very difficult for me and my wife to use the WC and the bathroom. Lots of natural environments. There are lizards and spiders everywhere. The pool was not cleaned at all in 4 days. I could never get in. The facility was incredibly neglected and old. The lock of the room and outside doors was not working. sometimes it worked. Most of the doors to the room were not unlocked.. I haven't had a bad experience with security but if I did, the hotel owners didn't stand a chance. Because no lock was working. Bluetooth speakers did not work. The one who came later also had an electrical problem. There was barely 1-2 music playing at high volume. You have to listen quietly and sit next to him and have fun. Since the facility is close to the road, there is serious noise in the room. problem while sleeping, especially on busy nights. Unfortunately, we have been in Bali for a month. For the money we paid, our experience was not pleasant at all.

In response to the bad experience we experienced on the first day, they gave us a spa. Thanks... The villa is on very large grounds. Pool and room size are sufficient.

Beautiful villa - just like in the photos. Loved the outdoor showers. The staff were amazing especially Sini, Tika and Ari who took great care of us. Walking distance to Batu Belig beach and Mari beach club.
