The side street the villa is on is a bit scary for drivers sometimes they weren't willing to come down it. The water filter and it's replacement both broke or ran out of battery. The staff came to resolve immediately though! Wish there were sun loungers or bean bags to relax by the pool.

The loveliest staff who are very attentive. The villa is lovely and private with good inside and outside space. Loved also having Netflix in the room.

Yes, there might be some parties going around in the neighborhood (Cashew Tree hosts a live music event every Thursday - maybe until 11pm) and you might hear a slight beat coming from the beach. But hey - you are in an area where beach parties are common. We had very good sleep every night and that one night on Thursdays I just recommend to go to Cashew Tree ;)

Incredibly beautiful property - quiet, small with only 3 villas + 1 apartment. The owners and staff are super friendly. Zero complains and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay here again as the locations is also super central to multiple cafes/restaurant and the beach (even by foot). We stayed in the apartment next to the main house with a beautiful interior.

Nothing is was perfect

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach, and not far from nice cafes etc! It was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't recommend Bodhi more!

Not a dislike - but a suggestion would be a mini fridge in each room. Whilst there was one in the common area, having one in the room would be much more convenient.

Honestly, this place was a slice of heaven. We adored the outdoor bathroom and the location was great, so close to beaches and not far from places to eat. It was exceptionally clean and the aircon worked well. Communication with hosts through booking.com was wonderful- prompt and very helpful. My partner and I will definitely be staying again.

Nothing. The only thing worth remembering is it’s not a hotel so no breakfast or hotel type things but there’s a small kitchen area to make tea/coffee and a fridge

Nothing that I can say we didn’t like, just some add on ideas to an already beautiful stay. - A small info folder with a little bit about the area like local streets to get you to the beach, local transport options, that kind of thing could be helpful to first timers. - access to an iron not sure if there was one didn’t see just that we were going to a wedding

Beautiful surroundings gardens make it very peaceful. Pool was immaculate and lovely we used it daily. We were in studio one and the extra garden shower was awesome to have. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We left our power point converter at home so the property manager organised one. Having the small semi outdoor kitchen space was nice with fridge and water, and tea coffee making facility.

Inflexible with late check-out request (offered to pay) despite villa being still empty at 6pm. Loud music till late at night from nearby nightclub. Privacy problem as you can see into the bathroom from street.

Loved the layout of villas and pool. Very relaxing place amidst buzzing Bingin. Bed was amazing, decor and furnishings very tasteful. Australian owners on site.

But this small resort with 3 rooms charges a price equivalent to 5 stars for an experience closer to 2 stars. But perhaps because they have just opened, they clearly lack experience in providing hotel service and hospitality. The rooms are simple and minimally equipped. Although cleaning should be done daily, this was 'forgotten' once. There are no cushions on the wooden loungers by the pool and the pool pump produces too much noise. There are little to no visible staff, and the only point of contact is available via an app. Our advice would be: improve generously or halve the price.

It is certainly a charming location.
