Good value large villa with nice pool. Great breakfast every morning. Nicely furnished. Can completely close up the lounge in the evening but open up in the day when playing in the pool. good for child safety and keeping night time mosquito's at bay

There was something wrong with 2 of the showers in the upstairs room which made taking a shower in the uncomfortable. Be careful to not get water on the floor in the downstairs bathroom as the stairs get very slippery and they camouflage into each other… we had a few almost near slips that would have ended very badly!! The beds could probably do with a new mattress topper.

Loved the location and the Villa was very spacious! The pool was nice as well as our cooked breakfast each morning. Ketut was very attentive with communication

The area is great however since it’s popular there is traffic so please opt for bikes which you can book through Grab , they were the best.

In the city center in Seminayak , best place to stay in the hub of the party places in BALI. Very close to La favela , shi shi and motel mexicola And not to forget the staff was extremely friendly and super helpful to us in all instances. Ketut , Ani and Komang made our stay so worthwhile. Highly recommend.

need some small maintenance

conveniently located in city. lots of restaurants & bars in walking distance. Ketut- Property manager/ Driver took care of us with open heart & negotiated rates for activities.

1) bedrooms are big but the aircon is not of enough capacity..hence the cooling isnt effective.even at 18 degrees, the rooms cool only upto 25 degrees...aircons were working fine but the temperature wasnt comfortable 2) no doors have locks....upper bedroom doors cannot be locked and the bathroom doors cannot be locked too...same goes with balcony doors.... Except main villa door, nothing can be locked which was a big problem for us 3) few of the bathroom fittings were broken...but ketut got them repaired the next day but they broke down again next day... 4) pool wasnt cleaned when we checked in but ketut got it cleaned next day All in all it requires a lot of maintenance and ketut can only get it repaired temporarily.... For the price that we got it...it was alright with us but aircon not cooling enough truly bothered us..

as it’s quite an older building it seems like some things need improvement or at least better maintained

Excellent hosts. They cooked us breakfast every morning which was lovely. The hosts also arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport at 10pm. Highly recommend!

No toiletries provided. Air-conditioned in one of the upstairs room needs servicing (air was not very cold even though temperature been set to 18 degrees)

there were constantly random noises in the villa which we couldn't figure out where they came from. like a high whistling that could've been from hot water maybe. it was a bit annoying but nothing major.

lovely little villa with great staff who made us breakfast and cleaned every morning. the location is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants/stores and having a pool was nice. loved that each bedroom had AC and its own bathroom.

This property has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Bali!! Ketut was very accommodating and took care of all our needs. It was like staying at home!

The condition was bad, the towels/mat had stains and were torn and some with holes, everything is run down. The shower head was leaking, the sink was choked and took 10 min to flow. Could smell sewage smell from the toilet.

Villa definitely needs a deep clean and a touch up - there are lots of marks on the walls and a few things broken ie lights, electrical fittings etc. We organised a floating breakfast for the first day and it cost an additional 150,000 per person, which we were happy to pay. Unfortunately, we quickly realised it was exactly the same as the included breakfast, just served on the pool so not sure why the additional cost. Staff are lovely but come and go as they please (like to turn off the air conditioning) with no warning and spent a lot of time in the villa, making it quite uncomfortable and hard to feel like you have any privacy.

Very spacious villa - every room has an ensuite and television. Breakfast is included. The pool is nice.
