Very natural villa, we got a pretty lizard in our opened bathroom every night. Suitable for the people who love natural life with garden areas. I didn't like the local manager who was very rude without empathy,trying to ask us to deal everything with the booking. com after just arrived Bali. not negotiable or helpful at all, hang up on my phonecall and spoiled me and mt family first day in bali

Love the location and many shops,restaurants around. Love the manager Stacy,she has been really helpful, friendly and patient to fix our problems. Like the housekeeping Maria, always smiles while providing services for us. Like the pool staff were helpful and great to chat with.

- The staff seems to be changing towels everyday even though we hung them on the rack as suggested by a note to keep them and avoid washing them everyday, after only one use... - Air conditionner and all the lights were on everytime we were coming back from our day : so much waste of energy, especially because we didn’t use the AC during our entire stay

- Very welcoming staff - Good location and nice place - Comfortable and clean room/apartment - Breaky included in the total price : simple but good to start the day !

Breakfast they provide one of them neither fruit or usual breakfast like ommelette. Bali cafee is good near breakfst. Location is great.

Mosquitos in Bali are pain in the a**, they were everywhere even the doors were closed. At first when we stepped into our room, it was so cold, that we were freezing. We were sitting in the toilet until the room was warmer 😅.

Staff was so kind - my bf had really bad Bali belly symptoms and it was kind a late, so i was in hurry to pharmacy. One lady offered me, that she driving me with her motorbike there. Also we had early morning check out, because we went to the daytrip to Penida but they made us take away breakfast and let us left our luggage to there until we are back in area. Bathroom was really big, but there was many mosquitoes. Room was alright, actually we booked studio, but we got upgrade, which wasn’t bad but actually we liked studio design better and thats why we booked that one, it isn’t about a money, so you can always ask if people wants upgrade or not :)!

A great place to be. Already my second time I was there. The stuff is great. If you need something - they help you. I had the bungalow with the garden. the garden is great. Like to spend my time there. Although it is near to beach it is very quiet. Recommanded.

the only issue was the neighbouring unit block overlooking your outdoor bathroom, needs some form of shade sail or privacy screen

the villa was great location and well equipped, two levels with bedroom and extra toilet upstairs. comfy beds, breakfast served to your villa up til 12pm, great cocktails by Ketut at the pool

The property was so clean and quiet, the staff were so lovely and welcoming! we didn’t have a private pool so we’re happy to have to pool area mostly to ourselves. And the location was great! easy walk to the beach and shops. we will definitely be back!

Cleanliness needs to be better and mosquitoes.

The workers there were super nice and were absolutely great. We came into the villa we paid for at night with a baby so our expectation of cleanliness is really high. We had a lot of mosquitoes in the room and was hard to access the kitchen which was located outside. We decided to book a hotel right away and check out the next day. The front desk person figured out we were leaving early and offered us the better villas (which we didn’t realize, we may have booked the crappier rooms). It was too late but they were so nice to offer knowing our situation. I’m sure the other villas are great. I’m just posting our experience here but really nice people working there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa and outdoor area was very comfortable and the staff were very efficient and helpful plus very polite and happy. Everything was very clean and fresh towels were provided daily. The restaurants were close as was the chemist and ATM plus a good place for facials etc. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended.

There were a lot of mosquitoes here. Staff spray the gardens one a week and this definitely helped but take your mozzie repellant. they must love the lush garden.

We stayed in a villa without a pool and had the communal pool pretty much to ourselves. easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The villa was a beautiful traditional style home. Big rooms and places to lounge. The staff were so nice, we arrived early to drop off bags and they let us use the pool until the room was ready. They also held our luggage after checkout until we were ready for transport to the next location.
