The entry into the property is a winding and steep mud path, where bigger vehicles might get stuck. Consider taking up the property's offer to meet you at the main road instead, as our minibus got stuck on the way out. The other minor thing that bothered us were the large amount of flies.

Beautiful view and really tranquil place, lovely as a getaway and if you want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are simple but clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Well, we knew it ahead and the staff apologized upon arrival but yes, this is an agricultural area so there will be some insects and flies around. this is of course not the hotel's fault and will be present anywhere in the area. However, it didn't impact us that much but travelers should be aware. The villas are a bit off the main road so a little bit tricky to get there (esp. if you have your own vehicle), however the hotel staff offers pickup from the main road and the bonus of it all is the beautiful view over the lake.

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable, quite small and with a beautiful pool. The staff is super friendly and we loved that we could book the night hike to Mt Batur with them (super efficient, good price and wonderful experience!). Loved the breakfast delivered to the room and the flexibility of the staff. We ate both nights in the hotel restaurant and were super happy with the quality (as well as the price level). Small surprises such as the free pool towels were really dding to the experience for us. Special thanks to Yasa (/Malex) in the staff who helped us a lot with our queries.

As mentioned in the description the last 200meters on the road are rocky and bumpy. Arrived there by bike without problems though. Many flies in the outside areas, but not much you can do about it, as its like that all over Kintamani.

Super quiet, clean rooms, soft comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and a nice pool with mountain views. Staff arranged for a birthday decoration for my girlfriend in the room plus floating breakfast next morning.

The villa that I was staying needs refurbishment as the interior is run down. The door knobs need fixing, the socket for the fridge/water boiler could be a hazard to their guest as casing was easily off from its base. sockets next to the bed side table were loose and water pressure was low. No mineral water provided in the room.

The villa itself is well located with jaw dropping scenery with beautiful garden and layouts. Comfy bed

Many flies for certain period (morning and afternoon). But this is nature and common in Batur lake area. Wish if the external windows can have kawat nyamuk so we can open it and feels the fresh air from the lake and surrounding

The road to the property is still not developed, gets tricky getting to the property. It is under development though, and I presume should be ready in a few months. Flies can be nuisance, but is expected in those areas.

Great view from the property, located at one of the tips of the lake with amazing Mountain View. The property has spacious clean rooms with a huge balcony. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice.

Too much flies. They should make the restaurant (eating area) I door; either put the netting around or wide glasses same as their reception. Currently, you cannot eat outside because too much flies on that area.

Two neighbouring apartments share the same house. While the wall is solid, the area above the ceiling is empty and acts as an echo chamber, we heard our neighbours and their kid through the stay.

The place is nice, tidy and great view and friendly service. Location is both a pro and a con. It's further away so it's calm and quiet, but you need scooter if you want to go anywhere.

Hot water in the bathroom was an issue. Not many food options especially for vegetarians/ vegans, if you are staying for more than a night be ready to go through the same items again.

Property with stunning views of the Batur river and mountains. Villas were spacious, clean and comfortable. Conveniently located if you are planning to go on Mt Batur sunrise hike ( which is a must do in Bali)

The place is quiet and that is what we were looking for after Ubud, but it is important to know that to leave that place, you have to arrange with a local taxi, otherwise no possibilities to keep on travelling, but the staff of the hotel arranged it for us very easily,

The staff is extremely friendly. We did a private tour to mount batur with a very nice guide arranged by the hotel. They brought us to the water springs for free and picked us up. Breakfast is tasty especially the banana pancake ! The place is quiet with a stunning view on the lake!

There is not so much to do in the area, road to access is really bumpy.

Located in an amazing place near the Lake Batur. Beautiful and relaxing place but not to spend more than one day/night. It’s a nice place to go if you want to hike Mount Batur and Thermal Waters.

Beautiful room,very big. Some details like toilet could have been better, but above the average in the area. No hot water, but it is typical in the area,however for the price we paid should have been available.
