There were things that weren't 100%, but renovations are ongoing and improvement is happening all the time. As said before it's value for money.

The staff were excellent and friendly, facilities were value for the money spent, service was very good. Location was excellent and peaceful.

The building where the reception area is located was very tired looking and could do with a lick of paint and maybe some thought on how it could be made more use of - ie maybe a games room!

The villas were clean, slightly basic but more than suitable for our needs travelling in a large group. The pool area was very nice and with plenty of sun loungers but was not over used which was great for our group as we seemed to have soul use most of the time. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. happy to help us with all our needs during our stay including helping us to organise trips out as required.

Location is good but if you’re a light sleeper the noise from a nearby nightclub can be a bit annoying.

The stairs to the room were quite steep. The lounge area was outdoors with no air-conditioning, just fans. Bugs.

Location was great. Breakfast was easy and yum. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cushions and pool lounges needed to be cleaned as they were quite dirty and stained. There was a nightclub next door which was quite loud until early hours of the morning.

The location was perfect, staff were all so lovely and accommodating. The villas were very spacious.

The wardrobe was in the bathroom and because of the humidity, it had a certain smell.

The location is great, very close to the Jl. Raya Legian. Lots of services are available around, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, ATMs etc... The beach is also not far, 15 minutes walk. The owner is a very kind guy. The crew is very professional, friendly, and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The villa was clean and comfortable. Ideal place for a couple.

The stairs in the villa could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues.

Peaceful and relaxed atmosphere around the pool and in the villa, yet in walking distance to Seminyak shops and nightlife. All staff went out of their way to help make our stay enjoyable. Late check-in and check-out, plus storage of bags made our arrival and departure so easy.

We had a great time, the staff were very friendly and hospitable, the location ,pool, the room and the breakfasts were all really good. Can’t fault anything. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a great relaxing Bali experience.

My only complaint was that the facility needed much updating/maintenance. The pool was large and great, but the decking needed replacing. We rented a villa and the downstairs shower did not drain well at all. We did not notify the staff, I am sure if we had, they would have done their best to correct the issue.

The location was great, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The entire staff were very kind, friendly, and always around to help. When I booked, they were very prompt and easy to communicate with. I appreciate all of their help and their kind smiles.

Room felt old compared to pictures. needs renovation. wifi not good. you have to constantly log in multiple times per day through their portal. I got 1mbps in our villa. music from club every night especially loud from 1-3am.

Kumpul Kumpul was the perfect place for our family. We had one 2 bedroom Villa and two 1 bedroom villas. All villas face on to the pool. We liked the location in Seminyak close to Bintang Supermarket and BMC money exchange. Staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful, always greeting you with a smile. Villas served our families' purpose as we were not planning on spending alot of time in them. Was great to cool off every afternoon in the pool.

The pool was amazing as were the staff. There is a club next door but it didn't bother any of us.
