Great location for Canggu however there is generally lots of construction going on in the area which can cause some disturbance.

The host unfortunately neglected to tell me on the second day of my stay that they would require access to have the placed fumigated for mozzies (I'm told this is pretty common in Bali). He was a bit abrasive and dismissive when I complained about the the lack of warning as I had planned to have a chill day at the villa. Also currently construction going on next door, while not the hosts fault, wasn't great. Restricted to during the day which was good but based on the progress, I'd say there's few more months of that going on if you're considering this place

Great location, easy to get transport to and from with a supermarket nearby. The pool was lovely and the whole place was very spacious and well appointed.

1. The breakfast offered you simple options for a considerable amount. We had great breakfast in the center of the town for much less. 2. Location. The surroundings are awful: outside there’s a lot of debris and construction materials so you have to watch your steps. I suppose this is temporary. There are no sidewalks so no foot traffic at all. The beach is not at walking distance. You need a cab to take you everywhere. 3. Privacy. The Staff is very friendly and polite, but since they live inside the villa, you never feel like you are alone in the house. This was a major disappointment for us. So I wouldn’t recommend it for couples, let alone honeymooners.

First of all, the villa is gorgeous. It’s clean, spacious and well decorated. Ketut was courteous and not arrogant at all, like we read from previous reviews.

The pool area was shaded and water quite cool. While close to ammenities / beach, no footpaths and narrow roads so had to call a car to get anywhere

The location isn’t perfect. It’s definitely out of the way so you don’t get any foot traffic or tourists. If your up for it you can walk a short kilometre or 2 to the nearest Main Street otherwise taxi was out method of transportation. They are cheap and easy to get around for the most part. You can’t access a beach walking distance

Our plane was delayed and 2 team members waited until 1.30am to greet us. Ketut our host was amazing. He went over and above with everything. The team were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. No need to pay for extra. We used the bath, kitchen, pool and tv in lounge and all worked

it looks much newer from the pictures. breakfast is very poor (we have to pay for some eggs and bacon which is quite basic) and the staff has to get into the property so many times in the begging

Lots of mosquitoes. Heavy traffic during peak hours. Not much of activity within walking distance.

A big warm welcome from the friendly staff upon arrival. The villa is spacious. Cleaning service available everyday. Their local breakfast is good!

The location of the property is very strategic and it has a lot of restaurants, spas, shops as well as beach clubs like Finns and Atlas. Additionally, the owner was very welcoming and the place was spacious and clean too!

The only downside and I emphasise only* is currently there is building work going on next door so there’s a lot of noise from 6am as the workers are getting ready. Out front there is scrub land that is messy. But to be honest, once you’re in the property you wouldn’t really know. It could do with a little touch up as some of the exterior paintwork is dull. But overall, the Villa is excellent

Ketut & Staff were in hand to get us into the property on arrival - they even stayed late when our transfers from Gili T were delayed and traffic was bad Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious. Only a short walk to local shop or a 5minute walk to local area where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.

Location

The villa is on the road; whenever you want to get somewhere, you need to take a taxi. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have booked this villa.

It was next to a building site. Behind the wall there was a camp of men (who were working on the construction site) who played loud music all night and all Sunday. we couldn’t go on the roof terrace because the men looked directly onto it. There were so many mosquitos in the property. Between the 4 of us we collected about 100 mosquito bites in 48 hrs and we’d been fine for the 3 weeks we’d travelled in Bali prior to the stay. There are a few dangerous fixtures and fittings around the properly including a planter that is splitting. The loo brush in our loo was soiled. the property needs money spent on it.

we loved the size of the properly and the feeling of spaciousness. we loved the outdoor furniture.

Upon arrival to the villa we were able to see that the villa was a bit run down and didn’t match the photos on booking.com. This isn’t something that would put us off. When we were collected from the airport we were informed the safe was broken. On our second last day in Bali we found $250 AUD missing from our belongings. To say we were angry and disappointed to say the least.
