Very impressed with this place.. staff are so friendly and helpful..very clean and well maintained..The villas are large with great private outdoor area and your own pool.House keeping are very discreet and noticed the pool was tested and cleaned every day..Can have breakfast delivered to your villa or eat at restaurant.All just 50mtrs from the beach/shops/ restaurants.. If you like privacy,great service with really good accommodation in a great location then this is the place to stay

The property is well maintained. We had a leakage from one of the basin and the maintenance got it fixed the next day. I like the large bathroom and it connection to the pool. So it made getting in and out from the villa to the pool so much at ease.

Modern facilities, good restaurant with extensive hours and room service Short walk to beach and beach frontage. Perfect spot for beach sunrise watching Shared pool clean and has comfy lounging seating. Loved having a pool in our own villa. Staff delightful, friendly and so helpful. Very helpful and responsive to any requests for information prior and after arrival and particularly for arranging pick up drivers, laundry services, room service. So helpful to have water supplied.

There is no negatives

Fabulous location, the Villa is superb. Beautiful facilities, the pool is very clean and refreshing. They respect your privacy. Breakfast served in the villa is a fantastic experience, with many meal options. Making it hard to choose. The whole experience makes you feel very special. The outside shower is just wonderful. As an extra bonus, the superb Sanur beach is just 200 metres away. We would definitely stay here again.

we absolutely loved Villa Mahapala! the staff were so attentive to our needs and the Villa was delightful!! it was very clean and roomy. the pictures do not do it justice. the location is amazing, food options around were so good. we will definitely be back. the pool was fantastic, we did not use the main pool as we were pleasantly surprised how big the Villa pool was. days were spent relaxing in the cabana, eating and swimming! The breakfast was delicious and filling, great options for all dietary requirements.

Two minor complaints. The fitness equipment is really outdated and slightly worn out. The AC in our room was pointed towards the bed which is not so comfortable.

Very comfortable villas at a great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the villa was very cosy, solid and convenient. Especially the private pool and patio are excellent. It’s located a minute walk from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

The Villa was very comfortable and well presented. The outdoor showers were a great touch. Everyone had plenty of room.

The bed was soft & cosy, the pool was beautiful & the little details such as star-sign matching towels & mugs were lovely. The staff were also very attentive. When we arrived the aircon wasn’t working so they immediately moved us to another villa. Breakfasts were great too.

One standout would I miss a drying rack for pool towels and bathers ,hence we had to drape them over the outdoor furniture. It is such a simple thing to supply and I would encourage them to get onto this right away.

Everything went well. It was so good that we would go back in an heartbeat. BUT the price is getting to high. They will price themselves out of the market if they are not careful. We were advised it is going up to 3000000 rupiah a night which roughly in Australian dollars is $300. I would not pay that and therefore sadly would look elsewhere. There are many villas in Sanur. Spoilt for choice actually

The location of the resort is perfect. An easy stroll to restaurants and shops. It was like a little oasis we could retreat to when the crowds got too much. Beautiful pool and a gorgeous villa. We couldn't have asked for more. Staff were always helpful and happy and breakfast was wonderful. Happily stay here again.

The Venetian blinds were old and didn’t operate well to let more light in.

Only negative is breakfast, had it in our villa, of course when it arrived not very hot. Everything covered in cling wrap, I understand why, but toast etc all “steamed” and chewy

Private, peaceful courtyard with your own swimming pool and outdoor sunbed Large living area with separate bathroom and huge, deep bath and also lovely outdoor shower space. Great breakfast choice delivered to your villa every day. Friendly, helpful staff. 2 minute walk to promenade and beach In short we loved everything about this place, highly recommend.

We had the 2 room pool villa. Pool was amazing! Kids had a great time. Rooms are nice and big. Seperate bathrooms. Staff were lovely

The villa location was just a 30 second walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants including the Byrd House. Lovely clean villa with pool and very accommodating staff.

Everything about our Villa was perfect,the privacy,the pool & the decor were fabulous-it was an amazing place to unwind & the staff were so lovely & tentative.The location was fabulous being close to the board walk & beach.We will be back!
