We were met at reception and guided to our room, given a full rundown on what our room contained and how to use everything. Cold drink on arrival. They helped with bags.

Private pool, privacy, room size, amenities, Service, breakfast. Location was a 1minute walk to the beach and a 5min walk to Sindhu night food market where we ate every night. Reception staff very helpful.

Size of the rooms was amazing! Great for kids, theres a sofa bed in every room we saw (both the single and double villas) so great for our 5 year old.

Small plumbing leak with water leaking near hose of the toilet. Maybe a missing tile in the pool & the water rockery leading to the room was getting a much needed clean. The included breakfast was not must to talk about. We had it delivered to our villa which was nice but bread was soggy & toast was cold with croissants tasting like they had come out of the freezer. That being said we were very close to some lovely cafes so we ate out.

Great location about 200m to the beach and close to your choice of restaurants and facilities. We had a private plunge pool which was a luxury but as stated it was private. The service was wonderful with daily pool cleaning, room turnover and turn down in the evening. They also catered for the little things like burning a mosquito coil at every night. Water pressure was also great & the outside shower was wonderful.

The was a light on the ac that made the room glow, it took a night or 2 to get use to and also the size and placement of the tv could be better.

We stayed in Villa 109 and it was fabulous. It was a modern Balinese style villa that felt like an oasis from the hustle and bustle and the heat. The huge bed, amazing bathroom with double sinks and wardrobes was fantastic. The private pool was generous as was the outdoor area to sit in with very comfy couches and dining chairs. The breakfast menu was great and having breakfast in our villa each morning was amazing! The location to the beach, the markets and restaurants was great too.

A little tired in the bathroom and vanity sinks. Towels a bit old but clean. Need better cups in room for hot drinks and glasses.

Location was great. Staff helpful and friendly. Comfy and clean beds. Big spacious rooms. Very quiet. Lovely pool in villa and lovely communal pool. Breakfast amazing. Would stay there again, despite negatives below.

The size of the fridge, it could be bigger

It was peaceful but so close to the beach, shopping and place to eat. The Villa was big and spacious the bed was comfortable and the pool was a great size

The villa had a few maintenance issues . We were charged for a hand towel that I don't believe we ever received in one of our room services by memory We thought maybe it had been packed unknowingly but it wasn't when we arrived home. I

All up it was great. Lovley accomoadation, great staff (friendly and helpful). Just little things like glasses (there were no glasses in room) and clothes drying rack for pool towel/bathers (we had to hang over chair)

We had our own private pool in our villa. There is a pool on the property for all guests to use, we did not use this. However, it looked fabulous.

The villas were large with plunge pool and outside bar but there were no glasses, cutlery or dish ware. We stayed for 4 nights at $250AUD per night. On 3 different occasions we had no water or little pressure . Manager would apologise and eventually water would come back on, happened in the morning getting dressed or evenings when getting ready to go out. Very frustrating and inconvenient, water is a bare minimum you expect from any accommodation.

The TV in the bedroom was a bit too small and didn’t offer much channels. A kitchen and a TV in the outdoor area would be nice.

The main swimming pool / restaurant area looked impressive but there was never anyone there so it was devoid of any atmosphere. Consequently it was not always easy to get a drink from the bar - it felt uncomfortable having to disturb the reception people (as there was never anyone in the bar). Possibly all people staying there were using their private pools or out for dinner but we only saw a couple of other people the whole 5 days we were there. The bar / restaurant staff were lovely but a bit awkward and often didn’t turn up with drinks - hence we tended to avoid eating / drinking / swimming in the main area as it was a bit soulless.

The villas themselves were stunning - spacious, clean, amazing high ceilings, wonderful private swimming pools, fantastic bathrooms with outdoor showers. Perfect for a private family holiday. Each unit had a generous outside space with tables and chairs, sofa and sunloungers. We had our breakfast delivered each day as it was convenient (kids often still in bed so easier than marching them over to the main restaurant area).

It was noisy in the room in villa that was by the main road but the rest was not noisy. The bedroom and bathrooms were gorgeous but the living area looked like a business hotel and could do with a bit of local decor to make it more pleasant to sit in. There are no kitchen facilities aside from small fridge

Rooms and pool were amazing. Location right by the beach was fab and Sindhu beach was a great place to hang out with the kids. Staff were very helpful and sorted an issue we had immediately. Lots of good food and drinks options in the area

Unfortunately the 2 bedroom villas back onto the side lane that takes a lot of scooter traffic & was quite noisy through the night.

The authentic Balinese feel, the friendly & helpful staff who always took great care, the comfiest bed we had in Bali, the great bathroom facilities & the lovely outdoor shower, the breakfasts served to our villa, the location close to the beach & great restaurants, & our lovely private pool.
