The view is incredible and was very private which was great. The location of the villa can be challenging to get to though, as it’s quite far out and not nearby to any cafes or anything. We used gojek to have food and drinks delivered most days. There were two nights where it was very noisy as the neighbouring venue was hosting weddings on the cliff front. The music was blaring all night and fireworks woke us up about midnight. Also there is quite a bit of noise in the afternoons from Sundays beach club, which is located directly underneath the villa on the beach front. As long as you don’t mind noise then I would recommend this villa. But if you’re after peace and quiet then potentially book elsewhere. We would book again despite the noise, it was a beautiful space. We had the private villa on the lower level. I had a Balinese man come out and do a massage which he did outside on the outdoor bed, it was very peaceful with the sounds of the waves crashing. Be careful of monkeys too. There were a few days they tried to get into our villa. Nothing to be afraid of, just be mindful not to leave things laying around as they’ll steal it.

The only thing is that you can see that the villa needs already some maintenance. You can find some cracks, some things are broken like plumbing in shower and so on. Could be replaced, some things just need some care and they probably dont want to invest money in it. But if they would it would be like 10/10 place to stay definitely

Well the location was amazing, every morning a pool with ocean view, I was completely alone in whole villa so that was just an amazing 2 nights there, also tv with netflix and so on, could rent a good bike there for a fair price, private breakfast in the morning and the breakfast was very rich, I was so full. Also the manager and staff very friendly, very fast wifi also. 40 mbps comparing to other villas its very good

The monkeys…they chased me so didn’t dare be outside and also then feared using the outdoor shower. The doors were not easy to lock and the aircon wasn’t overly powerful for the size of the room and I had to try sleep on the sofa to stay cool - the bathroom was also ridiculously hot. Also a little tatty round the edges

The location is not ideal as it is far from the heart of Uluwatu and some of its beaches, but you can easily use Grab to go wherever you prefer (I recommend Melasti beach, 10 minutes ride with Grab) and to order food as well. Alternatively, you can go to the restaurant of the nearby hotel Karma Resorts, it serves delicious food in "haute cuisine" standards (and prices). Just be aware that the monkeys are the inhabitants of the surrounding area so they can come and drink some water from the pool or even steal/play with your belongings if left outside! My boyfriend left his shoes drying in the terrace and in the morning he found only one of them! Luckily the cleaning lady was able to find the missing one and keep it aside so that my bf could take it back. Don't bother them and keep all your belongings and clothes inside (and lock your doors) so you will have an undisturbed staying in this villa.

The view of the sea from our room and our little terrace was everything! We also loved the swimming pool, the friendliness of the staff, the large dimensions of our room and the offer in the minibar, with standard prices for coke, water and beer. The bed was very comfortable, too.

Breakfast is ordinary the property offers no facilities. Food options from this location are limited. At this level the property should offer a driver or shuttle to take you to the beach or restaurants near by. Lucky karma kandara is next door offering full facilities so we used there shuttle to get from the beach and restaurant. The owner needs to invest in there staff the property is missing a lot of personal touch points with some love this property could be amazing.

Shuttle bus which we requested never arrived to pick us up from airport - not sure if this service is even available. No food at the villa however GoJek app will solve that issue- food delivered at a very cheap price. There is nothing else that is walking distance , you will need transport however it doesn’t take lonng to get to the cafes and beach clubs in the centre (5-10 min drive) you can also book a driver by car or scooter via the Go Jek app. we walked 5 mins up the road and there is a bunch of local drivers there as well.

View is so amazing and worth the money. We stayed in the master room with a private pool, it was luxury. room and bathrooms were very nice and clean. Friendly service. Downloaded the ‘GoJek’ app which was great - lots of food options for delivery nearby which allows you to stay in and enjoy the villa. Also booked in massages at the villa too. Lots of beach clubs and cafes a short drive away.

The only drawback is a lack of food options onsite. Breakfast was ok, price was fine and the staff happily delivered it down to our table. If you want lunch/dinner you need to head out elsewhere or the staff can help arrange something delivered. This is only a minor issue which is easily resolved.

The master room was excellent value for money, first class views and the room was brilliant for our needs. Good private pool, large spa bath and outdoor shower. Honestly the room and staff were great, would thoroughly recommend the venue for those looking for a good room at a reasonable price, nearby to lots of beaches. For the extra few dollars I would highly recommend the master room which occupies the whole lower floor.

20/10 for the view and the pool! A great place for total relaxation. Nice quiet location, out of the action but short taxi to restaurants and great beach clubs.

It is a shared villa, which was fine for us as not many people staying there but thinking it could be loud if anyone was to come home and party on. But for us was perfect, everyone was very respectful. The safe is very small doesn't fit a laptop of anything big so best to not take any valuables with you that aren't super small.

Beautiful location, staff was very friendly. Awesome location if you're going to Sunday's beach club. Bed was very comfortable. Pool looking out over the cliff was beautiful. Late checkout of 12. Everything perfect.

The view is just outstanding. Sound of waves. Towels were good. Bed comfortable. You can get through Karma Hotel to the Karma beach. I would say one of the best beaches in this region. Pool great. They helped us with the bike. Large room. Place to work. 4/5 wifi

It can be seen it is few years after renovation. Jacuzzi in bath tub wasn't working, changing from tap to shower as well. Some lights weren't working as well. Otherwise great experiences.

View is amazing!! Plus there is a fridge in the rooms and huge kitchen to be used by guests so feel free to cook for yourself!! Quiet place hidden in not touristic area. Highly recommended.

The villa is far away from anything, you cannot go walking anywhere. we had to ask for towels, shampoo, shower gel because it seemed like they were not prepared for our arrival. Once we asked the staff was super helpful for the price we paid I was expecting a different service.

The villa is very nice, with an amazing seaview and a nice infinity pool. The room was big and the staff was nice and kind.
