We found ourselves in a beautifully designed villa with our private pool and very helpful stuff. Special thanks to Alexandra and Kadek for helping out on each step. Pool is big and clean, rooms are specious and bed was very comfortable, you have all options available for a relaxing vacation. We wish we could have stayed longer but we found out about Masbro at the end of our vacation. I would totally recommend Masbro villas for an amazing stay at Seminyak.

There’s self-check in at MasBro if you come after 14:30, staff comes only in the morning for cleaning and breakfast. We loved it because it felt very much home-like. It was very easy to check in cuz we got all instructions from Aleksandra to WhatsApp. It was very pleasant to communicate with Miss Kadek and staff! We set a cleaning time on the first day of stay and a breakfast time when it would be convenient for us in the morning. The villa was clean. As I thought, there’s a lady who does a double check, we saw how a woman checks the cleaning after the staff. Alexandra sent us the best restaurants and establishments in the area. We fell in love with “La Favella”!! Comfortable beds that don't leave your back hurting. The nearest good beach is Seminyak beach, is about 10-15 minutes on foot. There were no ants or other insects; in Bali they can sometimes disturb you. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant weekend. We hope to return again!!

Not being asked if it was alright for workers to access the property. We were relaxing in the lounge area, family sleeping on the bean bags and I heard the door open? Thinking what's going on? The door was unlocked and they accessed the wash room. I feel like we should be asked first thinking we want the privacy we paid for. The previous tenants must have left late or made a big mess as when we arrived at 2.20pm after communicating w the villa contact that 2pm was okay to arrive, the villa was not ready. We were actually not too fussed and they were all done around 30mins later. So we just jumped in the pool, Not something I " disliked " just a work on.

My family loved its artfull uniqueness of the villa, the organic/fair trade beauty products, kitchen items and the overall green and consciousness of the villa. The villa keepers and cleaners had absolutely great attitudes, and breakfasts was good too. Basic and fresh, exactly as in the villa guide.

Picture this: you're living on the doorstep of the sea, with shops begging for your attention, and the beach beckoning you for unforgettable evenings. Imagine sipping cocktails, grooving to live music, all while nature paints the sky with mind-blowing sunsets. And wait, hold your excitement because the villa itself is a work of art! It's like Picasso and Michelangelo collaborated on interior design. The kitchen is so equipped, it could host a cooking show. And the fridge? It's like a magical treasure chest, filled with drinks, beer, and cocktails at prices that won't make your wallet scream for mercy. The rooms are so cozy, you'll feel like you're wrapped in a cloud of happiness. And the bathrooms? They're like mini-spas with both a bathtub and a shower, so you can have a splashy party or a relaxing soak, whatever tickles your fancy. Now, let's talk about the beds. Oh boy, those beds! They're so soft and inviting, you'll feel like you're sinking into a cloud of marshmallows. The pillowcases and sheets are so touchable, you'll want to take them home with you. And guess what? The relaxation area is like a slice of heaven on Earth. There's a massive table for epic feasts, a sofa for Netflix marathons, a TV for entertainment, and beanbags for the ultimate lounging experience. But hold on, we're not done yet! The pool is a sparkling oasis, always ready for a refreshing dip. And those sun loungers? They're like personal thrones for sun-worshipping royalty. And let's not forget the breakfasts! They're like mouthwatering symphonies prepared by a culinary genius. This villa is so incredible that if we could, we would give it 100 points on a scale of 10! It's like winning the lottery, finding a pot of gold, and discovering the meaning of life all rolled into one.

The cleaning products were very strong smelling and we had to air out the rooms, and I would have liked a warning that the staff were coming in, for more privacy. It was a bit of a surprise when they let themselves in at several times during one day.

Everything was spectacular. The food was delicious and the villa was stunning, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went over and above to assist.

Beautiful and clean villa, with comtemporary design .comfy location -close to the beach and Seminyak center, in a 10 min walking distance to restaurants and cafe. Very friendly hosts and delicious breakfast. The pancakes were my kid's favorites.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy villa and if we come back to Seminyak will love to stay there again. We felt safe and at peace, like a real home. Lovely little private/art touches there and there and the bathroom was great. Well done for using eco friendly products and have all the necessities ready to go it’s a plus. The staff was great too so bravo to them, we felt special and a smile and kindness was always on the menu. So thank you again. We really had a good time

Everything was excellent.

Room Sizes - all room sizes were excellent, and all guests were very comfortable Cleanliness - rooms and common areas were cleaned regularly. Even the pool was cleaned. Breakfast - breakfast was cooked on site and was fresh on a daily basis. All our dietary requirements were met BBQ facilities - staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and cater a BBQ for all our guests. Fridges were fully stocked with beverages and at amazing value. TV, Speakers and other entertainment - all worked perfectly fine Location - adjacent to Ku De Ta and central Seminyak. Walking distance to markets, restaurants and day club, but very quiet in the night time.

Nothing at all to do with our accommodation or host/staff, not in their control at all.. but our neighbors like to party until all hours of the morning Found that a bit annoying when we had plans for the next day..

MasBro Art Villas was one of the most beautiful places to stay. Walking distance to beach markets and restaurants.. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was absolutely delicious.. Thank You for having us!

Cleaning product in the bathroom smelled of bleach and was overpowering. After a day or so wasn’t so bad though. Also, not really in the property’s control, but the mosquitos can be really bad in the living space area. Luckily, there are overhead fans, they supply mosquito repellent lotion and spray, and there is an aerosol bug spray that you can spray in the air to get rid of them.

Spacious, tons of amenities (everything you need + more i.e. games, mosquito repellent, paid for stocked fridge of beverages, cold/hat/warm water filtered water), staff was very friendly, location was close to everything

Masbro Art Villa is such a Gem of a place.. we were a group of 13.. 8 adults and 5 kids and each and every one of us absolutely enjoyed our lovely stay here! The kids had an assortment of toys to play with and not to forget the pool. Pool time was everyone's fav! Every space was so artfully done and beautifully maintained.. we couldn't get enough of it.. special mention to Kadek and the other staff who made our mornings so enjoyable with a lovely breakfast and their hospitality.. it's an amazing place for a big group and was one of the highlights of our trip. Hope to come back here someday!

The villa is exceptional. Every little detail is a masterpiece. You just want to be there because it feels like home. Kitchen equipment is excellent for cooking you literally have everything you need, lots of games in the living room for gathering with family and friends, and a BBQ in the backyard for a little party. The host is amazing, doing their best to make sure you have a comfortable stay. A massive thanks to housekeeping and cooking team for breakfast included, we enjoyed every meal☺️ We didn’t want to leave MasBro villa. Will definitely come again!
