Adi the host was excellent. A smooth transition from the airport to hotel and the unit was spacious and clean. Adi also organised our forward trip to an island with no hesitation & was responsive to messages and special requests. The location was a short walk to the main beach and there were plenty of eateries and shops for general supplies close by. The private pool was also a welcome relief. Highly recommended Adi and Villa Ngetis for your next trip to Sanur, Bali.

The cleanliness of the accommodation is not the best part of it. Thanks to Adi it improved during our stay. The kitchenware for cooking could also be improved. Thanks to Adi we got a new rice cooker, that helped.

3 separate bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a pool, was great. However the best about the accommodation was the manager, Adi. He took care of everything for us in a very friendly and personal way. He also drove us to some interesting places outside of Sanur in a very safe and comfortable way. It was very nice to talk with him.

Location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beach was a 10 min. walk, however we didn't spend anytime there because we had our own pool. Laundry a few doors down and lots of shopping nearby.

A little hard to find as no road side signage and not under that name on Google Maps. The "Bottle Avenue" shop across the road is the best landmark for location.

A terrific pool villa close to shops and eating choices down the southern end of Sanur. Away from the road noise and and an excellent pool to chill in. Good sized rooms each with their own large ensuite. Having the kitchen facility was a great bonus as well.

the property is conveniently located near to the local beach, major roads, shops and restaurants. The property has great facilities such as a swimming pool, air con in each bedroom, a working kitchen and large bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The villa was set up well with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay. The pool was a great size to cool off. Circle K, cheap laundry, fantastic massage and a choice of warungs all close by. If you enjoy a walk, the beach and main street are not too far and it was just a couple of $ for gojek to get anywhere in Sanur. Even though villa is just off a busy road, it wasn't noisy. Thanks to another review we found the villa easily (opposite Dimattina Kitchen and Bottle Avenue bottleshop). We would happily stay here again.

It wasn't super clean (bathroom especially, mainly shower) and the beds were hard.

5 night stay in 3 bedroom Villa. First night had to change bedrooms 3 times as the beds were extremely uncomfortable. 3rd bed was good but was in the room with the worst air conditioning. Showers had no floor fall to drain so water spread across the entire bathroom when we having a shower. Bathroom had an unpleasant odor from the drains and they were not cleaned very well. Water pressure was terrible. Fridge/freezer didn't work. Pool was good only on the first day but water turned green from the 2nd day onwards. No safe to store valuables. Towels had stains on them.

Location was good. Secure villa with lockable gate and door entrance. Each room could also be locked individually. Good WiFi. Would be a good, cheap villa for a group of young people who aren't fussy. Can sleep up to 6 ppl in 3 king beds.

The location is terrific, the private pool was wonderful and Adi was so accommodating and helpful. Would most definitely recommend this fab villa.

Super experience for the entire family. Try the Italian/Indonesian to the right for dinner, the coffee shop to the left for its great breakfast and ambience.Drinks across the street/bottle avenue and a honest corner shop. The home salon down the road gave my parents a good home service massage. Bike rentals not far. .. just a great neighborhood.
