Nothing actually!

Great location, just few minutes away from the beach and restaurants, also from the center. I only spent one night but it was so comfortable and the staff were so nice that they upgraded me to a Deluxe room because there was a small error in my booking. I would stay here again, great value for money.

No information in the rooms about the place or surrounds no laundry bags for washing service some packaging was thrown out during room service that I wanted to keep the towels need to be up graded and perhaps extra sugar coffee and creme

The location was a plus with the beach a very short stroll away it was central yet quite the all night bar music wasnt too bad from my room and the fact that it felt like home after a couple of days being there was great lovely gardens and quaint pool area

The variety of breakfast options could be a bit bigger. Extra charge (2.5%) on card payments for the stay could be communicated not at a check out only.

Super modern and spacious rooms, Good location, 2 min. walking distance to the beach only. It has a nice pool area and is scattered around a larger area.

I wouldn't stay upstairs in the 900 rooms as you can hear live music til 2am. In other areas you can't hear it at all.

This place is a garden oasis with seats in all sorts of nooks and crannies. Beautiful plants and water flowing into small ponds, also two swimming pools. Very restful away from the hustle yet only 100m to restaurants, ATM and shops. In the other direction 400 metres to the beach. I'd stay again 💜

Music Noise at night from local clubs and bars

The noisy bar/restaurant next door played music until 2am which I had to wear block out ear plugs so I could sleep. Other than that, it was a great stay.

excellent pool. Great location close to Sanur beach. Careful though, you don't want a noisy room near the restaurant/bar that the hotel backs onto. This hotel was good value, spacious room, good location, good breakfast.

our third visit here and possibly our last due to the opening of a night club nearby with very loud music until after midnight making sleep impossible, maybe a unit closer to the pool and further away would help

Main pool was not serviceable for several days as the filter/motor was broken. It should have been replaced as a matter of urgency and it was not. Took way too long to fix - Many patrons were not happy with the length of time the pool was not able to be used. The floor of the pool turned green - Not happy at all. Breakfast was very basic and people smoking whilst having breakfast was not pleasant. Maybe patrons should be encouraged NOT to smoke where people are eating.

Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Hotel located a short walk to the beach/restaurants/cafes on the beach. Also a short walk to main shopping strip.

Bathroom was a fair bit tired, and you can hear the nearby bars/tenants really easily, all 4 nights I stayed I heard the bar until midnight or later.

The room was very comfy and great size! Two pools were fab and the yards are maintained everyday. Location is perfect! 2 min walk to beach and right in central area of Sanur.

A check of the kitchen utensils and fridges is needed. Our large fridge only had 1 shelf and no door storage. Basics like knives and forks were lacking.

Parts inside as in bathrooms, a little tired, but that has no bearing on the overall enjoyment…..typically Balinese unless you want 5 star, which we don’t need.

Tradional Balinese rooms we love, Room 101 just fabulous, near the main pool and breaky area.More modern rooms also available upstairs….Overall, a fabulous stay, as close to our dentist, so convenient and peaceful. Great value for money, and as there were permanent expats living there as well as tourists, they were a fund of helpful info, insight re leasing in this great hotel,and warm, fun company! Staff very caring, helpful, immediate visit by the electrician when power compromised( my fault..🤭) Breaky staff attentive to our needs, even knowing how brown we liked our toast! One of my happiest Bali visits, and loved Sanur.
