We loved our stay but were kind of surprised that we needed to pay a surcharge on check out.

Sanglung Villas & Suites is the perfect stay if you want to relax and enjoy in a peaceful and quiet environment. We spent our first days on the island here and it was all we needed. Room was great, very comfortable beds and the bathroom was so spacious and luxurious. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was also very tasty. They have a good menu, also for dinner. Highly recommend this hotel.

We ate dinner and breakfast. Dinner was sub par... overcooked meat. Breakfast so so. Lovely restaurant and the staff tried very hard to be helpful and cheerful.

Great location apart from very challenging last 3km road ...very narrow and steep Rooms were great with fantastic view.

Bugs, but you are in the middle of a forest so unavoidable, the staff do an amazing job with bed nets and didn’t have any mosquitos issues.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway for a few days, turn off your phones etc, this is perfect for you! All food can be served to your villa for reasonable prices, reasonable day rate for a full day tour and taxi pick up from where you are prior to your stay there. Amazing staff and very respectful, outstanding view and pool in villa number 3 would highly recommend this place, it’s quite special for the price!

The villas would seem in need of some small renovation here and there. Minor issue though.

The location, architecture of the villas, common pool area. The staff took very nice care of the villa during our stay. The owner is very forthcoming and approachable. E.g. we stayed 2nights instead of planned 3(due to us messing up our schedule) and he agreed to refund the last day even though he most definitely didn't need to as per the booking policy rules. It's not every day one meets a human being instead of just the western rule based machinery.

We spent three wonderful and relaxing nights in villa 2! This was one of our best vacation experience in Southeast Asia so far! Absolutely amazing resort with extremely friendly and helpful staff!

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like. Just to mention that there’s narrow winding road heading up to hotel. But that’s all right., still fascinating

The best apartments I ever had for low price. Modern, luxurious, spacious. Big swimming pool, best view from balcony, a lot of vegetation around,- lovely place. Kind personnel, guard at the gate. 3 km from the ocean. Black sandy beaches with plenty restaurants, shops.

As the property is located in the North of Bali, excursions take up quite some time.

The breakfast served at your villa was fantastic. Kitchen was open all day till after dinner. Staff and management very very kind, extremely service oriented, great international experience and ultra responsive on all your questions. Including the private drivers.

Not a big deal but it is indeed far away from popular destinations so it takes a bit longer to get there but the staff can organise that. Breakfast choices could be slightly improved.

Large villa with plenty of space to unwind and watch the large vistas over the mango orchards and palm trees. The staff were great and communicated efficiently preparing the meals and cleaning up promptly. The pool was great with fantastic views.

Really nice place, although a bit isolated from the north of the island. Amazing crew and also you can enjoy ur stay at the hotel with all the all in services.

It was a nonrefundable 4-night two-bedroom villa booking when we placed the order. However just 3 days before check-in, the villa informed us that we had to move to different villas for the last two nights because eventually we found out the two-bedroom villa was sold to other guest.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very friendly and kind , the villa was luxurious , with fantastic view and very clean , Ari ( the manager) was very very friendly and polite person and I was free to contact him any time and he didn’t hesitate to help me. The driver ( cadic ) was very friendly and he helped us a lot. I recommend this villa for anyone who wants to relax and have quiet time.
