There is no air conditioning in the kitchen/dining/living area of the villa and we found it was a little warm. Not a huge deal but we did retreat to the bedrooms and theatre room a little more.

The property is simply amazing! The staff were so lovely and always there to help. The breakfast selection was excellent and is cooked for you each morning. We had a bbq buffet for dinner with our extended family and the food was delicious with lots of variety. I enjoyed the in villa spa treatment and found it very relaxing. We even used the babysitting service and our girls were so sad when the babysitter had to leave! Overall we loved our stay here! The villa is very beautiful and felt very relaxing! Thank you so much to the staff for making the stay so wonderful ♥️

The main living area was not air conditioned so we typically retreated to the air conditioned bedrooms of an evening as it was quite warm in the main living area once the villa was closed up for the night

We loved everything about this villa. We loved the staff, location and the whole villa. We have been to Bali many times but utterly enjoyed everything about our stay at this villa. Staff were absolutely amazing. Great people. Great amenities if you want to do your own thing but staff are there whenever you need. Villa chef made great food and was great with our 7yr, letting her cook with him.

We loved everything about it. The facilities were extensive and butler service was really exceptional. They were attentive and friendly but non-intrusive so we still had a lot of privacy. Location is great and yet not at the center of all the happenings so it was pretty private and quiet where we were. I would love to stay here again.

Loved the villa, it was spacious and had a beautiful pool and grassed area - perfect for our 8 month old. When we arrived they had set up the cot, pool fence and high chair as requested. Staff were amazing, they cooked a delicious breakfast and our daughter loved playing with them (which also gave us a chance to have some adult only meals)! Highly recommend.

- Would have liked AC in the living room/Kitchen area - There weren't many lights in the pool area, so was quite dark at night (Although this is probably a good thing to detract mosquitos) - WiFi didn't reach the bedrooms, would be better if there were extenders across the Villa

If I had to be picky, for the price, departure transfers and better toiletries would be a nice touch.

Clean and well located villa for the family, quiet, plenty of space, kids loved the pool and cinema room to chill. Staff were amazing.

We accidentally booked this villa thinking that it was the Villa Suar just behind Seminyak Square. This is in fact VILLA SUAR 3 at Jalan Drupadi, a good 10-15 walk from the main stretch. The villa name should be changed on booking.com to avoid misleading people. Villa needs some maintenance - not enough sockets for charging modern devices. We had to unplug the bedside lamp sockets to use them. Sliding doors to the media room and master bathroom could not be opened or closed comfortably and needed massive amount of strength to move them. Breakfast could do with a little more variety and offering local Balinese coffee instead of American coffee would be a nice touch. Villa toiletries were very basic with just shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Toothbrushes/toothpaste were not provided and we had to run out to buy. We’ve not stayed in a villa that did not provide these toiletries. We also had to buy our own coffee and tea for the duration of the stay because the villa did not provide them and there isn’t a decent cafe within walking distance of the villa. Would be nice if the villa provided coffee/tea. It also took us forever to boil water in a traditional kettle; an electric kettle would be far more convenient. The WiFi signal was non-existent at night and we had to use our own data. In fact, there was no Wi-Fi at all on our last two days of the stay because of some kind of accident or fire in the area. All these appear to be small things but added up as a dent in our overall stay.

Villa staff were very warm, friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable.
