Lovely private Villa in a quiet location but still a short walk to the restaurants and beach. Good size pool with large living area to rest from the sun and chill out. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast served fresh each morning by the staff. Can also arrange transfers and trips.

There were quite a lot of ants which was a shame, the smallest room was upstairs and could hear all the noise throughout the night

The unit could use a few small repairs (one of the blind pulleys was broken), but it overall it was in great shape and super comfortable.

Villa Teman was a quiet deluxe oasis within walking distance from the beach and the center of town. The amenities were wonderful, Mira and the staff were friendly and inviting, and the free, freshly made breakfast was exceptionally delicious.

We loved everything about this villa. Very quiet and peaceful but only a short walk to local shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing coming in to make breakfast and keep the villa spotless. Can't wait to return

Nothing. The only one is that the toilet is a bit too close to the concrete shower partition so you need to watch your head.

It is not really dislike but there was no cover between the family room and the bedroom. It was a hassle when it was raining, but it was not a big deal.

It has private pool. Love the design of the family room too.

Lovina was very quiet as low season so lots of empty restaurants and some places closed

The staff at this place are fantastic. We travelled with a family of 10 people and had the interconnecting 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom villa. It was easy to be seperate but walk between the 2 villas and be with our family. We also had 3 young children and it was safe and comfortable for everyone. The staff made breakfast every day and cleaned the room. We had 2 birthdays when we were away and we had the floating breakfast and all the staff sang happy birthday and bought cakes to celebrate. Great location only a short walk to beach and Lovina centre. Pools were lovely and clean. Kitchen had filtered water cooler.

Absolutely beautiful property, the pool and surrounding area was amazing. Lovely villa, had a little fish pond by the front with fish food, books to borrow. The staff were beyond helpful, waiting for us to arrive and straight away showing us in and around. They even helped us arrange airport pickup which was so handy as well as arranging our dolphin boat (definitely book through the villa and other boats were ‘chasing’ the dolphins and our captain held back!). They arranged breakfast which was unreal, cooked fresh by staff every morning right in your villa along with fruit, an amazing lemon juice and tea/coffee. If you’re looking to stay in Lovina this place is ideal as it’s very close to the main road, only a short walk!

Nothing just be aware that the walk to the villa is not paved (muddy when is raining and dusty when is dry).

We liked the kindness of the host, very helpful and super nice! We enjoyed the breakfast they prepared for us. They helped us with the dolphin tour which is a must if you are in the area! We also enjoyed he villa, the private pool and big comfortable rooms.

Toilet was not always easy to flush. A minor issue.
