The WiFi did not work MANY times. After telling the staff, which were absolutely so friendly and lovely, it was never fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone for work or anyone who requires some level of consistent and reliable WiFi, even to browse Instagram or go on YouTube. It's really disappointing especially from the fact this issue persisted for 3 weeks and all the fixes failed (which werr simple things they recommended like reseting the router etc.), with the staff sometimes stating there was no issue when there clearly was - that was incredibly frustrating. It's sad as put a real taint on an otherwise nice stay.

Nice pool, very spacious. Well located. Staff (except for the WiFi communication) were so friendly.

The pillow was a bit too high for me. This is just a matter of personal taste. And there were many mosquitos in the property.

The staff were always smiling and happy to help. We enjoyed relaxing in the private pool after a long hot steamy day. Also there is a friendly cat on the property that enjoys petting and chilling with you.

Could definitely do with some renovations - the bathrooms and baths in particular! Thought the location was closer to things but grab was easy and cheap enough to get about

The mosquitoes Yet, they prevent and provided mosquito repellents.

I like because is not really crowded but the location close to everything Yes, to go you need to order car, motorcycle, But online application is easy The staff is very helpful and when I came late at night they checking my position. So, it's nice to have that kind of assistance. Thank you

A bit noisy because I get the front villa (villa no. 1) and near the main road. The villa in front of me there was a group of tourists turning on very loud music at night.

The staff is very helpful and kind. Quick response if there are any complaints. Thank you all.

- No AC in the room used as kitchen, dining and living room. - There was a cat meowing at the door and we couldn't sleep properly. - Beddings not clean and with stains. - Curtains dirty with stain and mold. - Bathroom door is hard to open and can't be fully closed/locked. - Smelly bathroom. - The shower head was broken, splashing water in all directions.

When we first walked in the benches in the kitchen looked dirty so I wiped everywhere . The dining table was sticky so I cleaned that down.The bathrooms behind the bathtub could do with a water blast/scrub.It felt grotty. There was a big hand print on the TV so I cleaned that off. The next morning We asked for hand soap and toilet paper for the bathrooms there was none. The water was empty in the water machine so staff replaced it.

Villa No:5..It was quiet and lovely being 1/2outside and 1/2inside. The bonus of your own pool whenever we wanted to take a dip. The airconned bedrooms were lovely when sleeping too. Staff were very nice.

We Loved our stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful, Mr Leoni was very responsive and provided help with any queries we had which was great. The Villa was spacious and the pool was always cleaned and well maintained also the floating breakfast was amazing. we will be definitely coming back!.
