The spa set up is one giant room with curtain dividers for massages, showers, mani-pedi, hair treatments. Could be built out a little better for privacy and quiet. The spa manager is very attentive to creating a good environment, but she can't overcome the lack of walls.

It's a plentiful buffet, and they'll make eggs and smoothies on request. The staff is very attentive to allergies. They were only told once and remembered, and intervened if I was selecting an item that doesn't work.

At 5pm at the restaurant have 7 staff don’t do anything. Just playing on their phones. The beach was not clean. They told to me it was not their job to clean. I think they can do for customers even it’s not their job. Only 15 mn for two people to clean. Must improve the food also Dolphins trip is a rip off. 100 boats rushing to see 10 dolphins. They disappear after 10s. Bulshit and spend money for nothing

Property was really lovely the only minor thing is the breakfast was a little disappointing. Some pastries or granola would have been perfect and some more fruit.

There are bugs in the room and in the garden. They are not harmful to human though, it’s better to have preventions to keep them out of guest rooms.

Food menu was a little limited. But we did ask for special requests ( changing meat for fish ) and it was no issue for them.

Brand new resort. Rooms nice and modern and well equipped . We did have a bit of an ant problem but wasn’t their fault. The pool is amazing with an incredible view. We came for the dolphins and our guide picked us up at the beach it was perfect. We actually didn’t leave the resort as we had the pool to ourselves all day. The food is also good. The staff were amazing. Great with the kids. Shoutout to the barman who gave them extra cookies. The breakfast was a little basic but good for the price. The whole place is very clean. We didn’t stay in a villa but we passed them and they look incredible. I would recommend to book. There is some construction going on but we didn’t hear it or did it impact our stay at all. The staff also took the kids to feed the fish which they loved so much. A real gem .

The bathroom did not have airco and it was very warm. The restaurant offered very limited choice and medium quality food.

The villa was big and very comfortable. The outdoor area and swimming pool were very nice. Very well maintened green areas and swimming pool by the beach. The direct access to the beach is a plus.

At the beach the garbage.. also the local people who do not let you in peace, they sell their products non stop. The villa could be cleaner. From the staff not everybody understand well in english. In the restaurant there is almost no choise. There the chairs are very low not so comfortable.

The pools are nice, the bar good as well, the crew very kind. The villa was fine, big. Peaceful place.

Nothing major but there were no toiletries in the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have some soap or shower gel. We had to ask for glasses for the downstairs lounge area and for pool towels. There wasnt a problem getting them but they should have been there already. More scheduled shuttles in to Lovina would have been nice but the staff were always happy to take us and pick us up at a reasonable price.

We loved our stay at Villandra. We upgraded to an ocean view villa which was very comfortable with a great lounge area next to the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were always willing to organise whatever we needed. A little far from the main area but the shuttle and pick up services were great. Beautiful location. Perfect place to enjoy a cocktail on the beach. Just down the beach is a little group of houses and an excellent Warung if you want a change. We would definitely come back.
