The villa is in a very good location but still quiet The staff are very friendly & helpful even when you arrive late

Only little downside is that the villa is situated in Seminyak, which is not my favourite place in Bali. But it’s 5mn walk to the beach, lots of restaurants around, big night clubs like la favela, red Ruby or motel Mexicola, just 5/10mn away by motorbike !

When I entered the villa, I immediately had a crush ! I wanted this villa to be my home for the rest of my life ! Gorgeous small villa, perfect size for a single person or a couple, decorated with great taste, extremely pleasant to live in. The pool is perfect, warm and deep enough, the bed is excellent. Incredible peace and privacy !

We stayed in the one bedroom villa! It was such a beautiful villa with a private pool! The location was perfect! Added bonus of having filtered water and security to make you feel safe. We would stay again! Bedroom was nice and cool with aircon. Circle K 1 min walk away. Also laundry 1 min walk away.

Highly recommend stay at the beautiful Villa. It’s in a great location, very close to everything. The owner Kim is excellent. She is very accommodating and generally cares about her guests. The manager Arke is also fantastic! If you need anything, he will have it organised. He is extremely friendly. Thank you again Kim and Arke.

The main bedroom needs a more efficient exhaust fan, as everything felt damp after a shower. The neighbors were a little pushy with their transport company and would intercept any transport that we had organised for ourselves.

Villa was amazing, private location but central to the beach and great restaurants. The staff were absolutely fantastic that go above and beyond.

It’s hard to find anything to dislike about this Villa. Just a great private location and very comfortable.

It’s a very spacious, private Villa away from the Main Rd but close enough the beach, shopping and restaurants. The bedrooms are large each with a bathroom. The swimming pool was beautiful. For a family of 4 this is the perfect Villa

Location was perfect! So close to the beach and great restaurants. Villa is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated and clean. Filtered water in the villa saved us from buying bottled water all the time, huge plus. Bathrooms have beautiful products to use. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need. Management and cleaning team was accommodating and friendly. Could not have dreamed of a nicer villa in a better location. Highly recommended!

We didn’t have Wi-Fi connection about 80% of the time we stayed there which sucked. Only the last day 20 min before check out were we told to use the next door villas Wi-Fi instead. Other than that I have no complaints :)

Really liked the villa, it was small and cosy and had all the facilities we needed. The location was absolutely superb! So close to the beach, the Main Street and all the restaurants. Yet tucked away in a small quiet alley.

Was a bit tight on space in the bedroom as you there was no space for suitcases except under the bed (if they fit) so a bit of a pain to access your clothing etc.

It’s great having your own private space. The property is in a nice quiet location. The property manager Arke and his staff are amazing. Always double checking that everything is ok and if they can help in anyway. Really lovely staff.

BEWARE of MOULD!!! the main bedroom had an awful smell and the owner insisted that it was ‘safe mould’….absolutely ridiculous. we spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor in other bedrooms because of the stinch. The staff were amazingly helpful but the owner of the villa .. not so nice. We were refunded 1 night for 1 bedroom only and post our holiday Kim (owner) will not return any messages. shame on you Kim….such a beautiful villa i only hope you treat the staff with utmost respect. I’ve been to Bali many times and have never had such a bad experience as this time The mould was later painted over … with heaps of deodorising sachets to mask the smell

The toilet which had the bathtub had a weird orientation. There were cockroaches on two of the nights, one in the pantry (understandable) but the other one in the bedroom on the ground floor (no bathtub one). The toilet in this one had no shelter, so debris from outside can enter. Which made the living space (floor) quite dirty easily.

We liked the pool.

Power frequently when out and had no water along with it during those period. Not somewhere I’d personally book again, maybe the 3 bedroom option is nicer, but the 1 bedroom was a let down.
