Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandAs described above, the lack of maintenance. Think I need to find a new airport hotel.
Had stayed here before a couple of years prior and chose it again as I had enjoyed that stay. This visit was OK but there was an obvious decline in the quality of the room. Ripped curtains, sheets with stains and a general lack of maintenance were the impression I came away with. The location of this hotel is the best thing, within walking distance of the airport.

10 minutes walk from airport. Very quiet and peaceful. Opposte rumah adat banjar. A great nasi campur warung a short walk away. Near the coastal trail at Pantai Jerman.

AustraliaA cute home stay close to the airport, the beach and restaurants. Lovely staff organised an early morning pickup after airline flight changes. Basic room had all required with a lovely courtyard pool to cool off in. Have booked in again for our last night to be close to the airport. Excellent price.

United KingdomThis is an ideal place to stay if you’ve arrived on a late flight and not sure about taking taxis at night. 5-10 mins walk from the north side exit of Denpasar airport. Careful of the taxi men hounding and following you out of the airport. The accommodation is very basic but has everything you need.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They were okay with us staying an extra hour because of an emergency, The place is very close to the airport, but it's not the most pleasant walk with the luggage. The price was good.

MalaysiaWater bottle is only given during 1st day stay. there is no water bottle provided in subsequent stay. Aircond is not functioning. Toiletries given is only shower gel. Toothbrush not provided. Towel not replaced.
The location is superb. We are able to walk around the town and self service laundry is just 5min walk. Housekeeping done every day. My room is on the ground floor so it is easy to walk around and wifi also great.
