It needs renovating. The balcony balustrade fell off when my son lent on it. The room floor was filthy and the shower was gross. A animal pooped on our bed two days

Rooms were a bit old and ran down. Bathrooms need a bit of a revamp. There are lots of stairs which were fine for us but definitely wouldn’t suit some people.

Location was perfect! Staff were quick to clean room daily . Food was nice.

Better than expected, value for money, great location and an amazing View from room 4 which over looked the bay. Hotel grounds are great, good sized pool, nice restraunt which had the best view on the strip of the sunset. Room was large and clean though the bathroom needs some attention and the hot water ran out after less than 1 minute every shower we had. Didnt matter during the day though was uncomfortable during the nights.

As for the price I tought it will be better. We had at least 1 rat on the roof (running from 19:00 till around 21:00) And the walls were just not covered in the room as they should have.

It is a nice place to stay if your are in Lembongan, with a nice view and pool. The staffs are kind and helpfull.

Such a beautiful stay. Staff were so lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Location is amazing in the best spot for restaurants bars and cafes on Lembongan. Views are stunning from the property. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend if looking for a simple yet comfortable stay. Will be back!

Not any room for toiletries in the bathroom, no bench space.

The staff and team were fantastic. Location was wonderful and the bar also had a great live band. Very good stay. Good aircon, neat and tidy room. Comfortable bed.

We loved the location and attentiveness of the staff. They were always willing and happy to assist with everything, from helping with luggage to recommending onward travel and tours. Yogik was especially helpful and really ‘made’ our trip.

There is a lot of stairs to get to the bungalows. This wasn't a concern of our as we were in the 4th room from the bottom however if you were located right up the top, you would want to be efficient on the stairmaster! Our bathroom door didn't close and the toilet leaked a bit. The room could have done with a sweep/dust but when you're out exploring every day and only sleeping in the rooms, this wasn't a concern of ours.

Ware Ware Bungalows are in, in our opinion, the best location on the island. At the base of the bungalows is the Ware Ware restaurant and rooftop bar which provides an amazing sunset drinks and dinner location. Keep heading left and directly next door you will find some of the best restaurants on the island. A short walk (5 minutes max) to the stunning beach cove for swimming and some snorkeling, as well as a iconic surf breaks out the front - Playgrounds which is a short paddle out to, or Shipwrecks, Razors, Lacerations which a local boat can drop you off at and pick you up from. Further around to the right of Ware Ware is more delicious restuarants, places to get massages and a beautiful Yoga studio. The staff were accomodating and the view from our bungalow was beautiful. Would be our top pick to stay at when we come again!

The highest rooms require a walk up a lot of stairs. This was good for me as I needed the exercise and it was rewarded with an amazing view but if you have trouble with stairs you should request a lower room.

The view from the bar and pool is as good as it gets. Staff are all really friendly. The view from our room was amazing looking right across the bay to Mt Agung.
