Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

beautiful concept with very friendly staff who wanted to do a great job but often didn’t seem to have received adequate training for what should be expected for the price range. Great food in the restaurant and a very nice coffee shop.

IndonesiaThey could provide umbrellas for each chalet because it rained all the time I was there. The breakfast was limited in choice and quantity. Could not check in earlier that 2pm.
The restaurant was good and food very good. The chalet was nice and it was very quiet. The pool was clean and refeshing. Plenty of parking and easy to get to and out of.

IndonesiaThe wifi was really weak and hindered our ability to work remotely. The bath towels smelt terrible and had to have them replaced. The bathroom had a terrible smell our entire stay even with the exhaust fan being left on. The water reservoir for the toilet wouldn’t fill up properly, so we had to use the hose with spray attachment to fill it up. Breakfast was underwhelming at best. Hospitality training should be given so your staff make guest feel welcome. A greeting and smile go along way.
The room we stayed in was spacious. The bed was a little on the hard side but not too bad. The pillows were soft but not too soft. Given the layout of the property, most rooms are set back away from the main road which help aid in a quiet peaceful stay. There is an on-site cafe that has nice coffees but there are not non-dairy milk options for those that are lactose intolerant.

surroundings & resort feel.. lush green & Ubud feel in Solo. The pool is nice & clean. It have it owns Coffeeshop & restaurant. The room is huge & even with 1 extra bed, it still got a lot of room to move around.

FranceSound proofing ..as I was woken up early morning by the sound of workers sweeping the path. Very slow service at the resto. But its the distance from the town that is its biggest drawback. Took a lot longer than estimates to reach the place esp with weekend traffic.

IndonesiaSince the concept is very natural, some insects entered my room. I didnt have any problem with that. But for those who hate insects, it may be a problem. Perhaps the management wants to consider adding insect remover device.
The hotel environment is set like a Javanese old kampong. I really liked the ambience and atmosphere. It located far from the city, so it is very natural. With the sound of the crickets and frogs around, I feel like staying at my grandma’s house. It was literally brought my memories back to the 80s when we have not yet touched by heavy technology. The service was also extraordinary. The receptionist even eagerly helped receiving a food package for me, hours before my arrival.
