Everything about Wasabi was perfect for us. It was tucked away slightly out of the hustle and bustle, however it is just a short walk away from all the bars, beaches etc. the hotel and rooms were clean and spacious and there was a real community feel to the hotel. The restaurant serves great food and the included breakfast was good too. The sushi here is amazing so make sure you try it!! Staff were so friendly and helpful and we would 100% stay here again when we come back to Canggu.

Communication was a little rough so there was a lot of confusion about our rooms for a little while but I understand it is difficult with language barriers .

There were a few minor design flaws in the layout of the room but overall nothing major wrong.

The room was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast and the restaurant on site was superb.

We couldn’t stay longer. We had to pay a supplement for the extra bed, even though I booked for 3 kids through booking. This seems to be a theme in Bali but not in Thailand. Only book for 2 kids and just pay the supplement when you arrive at the property.

Everything! Staff, location, room, view, facilities were all superb. I would definately return. Located in a quiet street, with some of the best eateries in Canggu a few minutes walk and the beach very close by.

Good location. After we booked I was warned that Canggu was overcrowded and too busy but the location of wasabi was excellent. Quiet at night. Easy walk to beach and good restaurants. Pharmacy across the road. Really good choice for the area. Nice breakfast Great bar area. Good rooms. Nice pool.

Very clean and nicely decorated room. Very comfortable beds, can sleep 3 comfortably. Bathroom was good, spacious and clean, had hot water. Hotel had a responsive whatsapp hotline, through which you could request for items e.g. extra blankets, hairdryer etc. Staff were very friendly, very responsive and very professional. The hotel's laundry service was top-notch. Price is very affordable for its location in Canggu. Had minimarts, pharmacy, nice cafes and restaurants nearby, along the same street. Area is safe to walk around at night.

Wasabi Hotel is a super little gem in Pererenan, probably about a 2 minute motorcycle ride down the main drag to the beach. Our room was on the first level with a lovely balcony and day bed which was a treat to be able to sit outside in comfort. The room itself was tastefully decorated in a minimalistic and functional style. The room is equipped with TV, Fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, adequate hanging space for clothes and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The pool area provided enough day bed lounges for guests which for a smaller hotel is quite rare. The restaurant attached to the hotel is where the real prize is to be found. The food is Japanese themed and of exceptional quality, value, presentation and variety, it was absolutely amazing and if nothing else can recommend the hotels food as one of your stops in the area!! The staff were all completely delightful, professional and courteous at all times and tended to any request with complete efficiency and diligence. Can highly recommend Wasabi Hotel if you are travelling to the area and looking for a mid range, comfortable and affordable hotel. The area is surrounded with some wonderful restaurants so Wasabi would be a perfect base to explore the culinary delights the area has to offer. Thankyou for having us, we will be back!!!

The size of the room seems much bigger on pictures than it does in real life. But the bed is big enough even to share with a friend which was my case. The only thing I really disliked is that the sun does not hit on the bottom apartment where the balcony is advertised. our beach clothes and towels never dried and was stinking like wet dogs. They should provide a place to dry the clothes especially as most people are there because of the beach

check in was easy, rooms were clean, bathrooms as well. Staff was helpful and provided what we wanted, when we wanted. It was incredibly cheap for what you get. Comfy beds! Definitely recommended.

Same as everywhere in Canngu, the tourist sprawl is everywhere. Can’t complain though!

This was our first hotel in Bali. Lovely property. Very stylish. Food is amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. The little pool is great. Had a lovely stay. Recommended.

There is nothing that I did not like, but consider that the ground floor rooms have only one window to the front that Is also the door entrance to the room, so there is little privacy and not much sunlight. if you have the option, choose the a room on the first floor that, although slightly smaller, have better sunlight and a private balcony

Excellent location, great value for money, legendary Indonesian hospitality. In an area rapidly becoming gentrified, Wasabi offers affordable breakfast and very good accommodation for a very competitive price.

The scooters came to the hotel while we where waiting, but nobody told us they where there. We booked a room for 4 persons, but the hotel expected us to have our 8 year old child in between us on the 2 person bed. This is common in Bali I think. After a bad night sleep we took the matras from the balcony and put it in the room (we already had an extra bed).

Just outside the bussy and more expensive area of Canggu. We arranged 2 scooters trough Wasabi and they where brought to the hotel. From there everything was well with in reach (Cangubeach in 10 minutes for surfing). Breakfast was cheap and good. The room had a good airco and hot shower, a vault and a balcony with chill corner.
