We didn't get our welcome drink which was included, there were cracks in the wall and the paint was peeling off. The shower pressure was a drizzle, making it very difficult to shower. Along with no hot water. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing, as it had a very small variety of dishes.

The pool is absolutely beautiful, I also loved the location. It was close to the beach and the Beach Walk. The staff were very friendly too.

It’s a great location to the beach and if your wanting a quiet place to stay here is the place. Two pools to choose from kids enjoyed both. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and super super helpful, our son had to go to hospital twice for a very high fever during our stay there, (due to chicken pox), they took us there in their transfer bus the first time, the 2nd time the bus was out and they had a taxi out front immediately, attended to any needs we needed, very very helpful.

The decor in the room was a bit dated but was very clean and met our expectations. We only needed the room for a few hours so there were no complaints to be made.

The location was perfect - close to shopping mall and the beach. The pool was lovely and our room was right next to the pool. The amenities were clean and adequate - good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very poor WiFi signal, disappearing completely at times.. External massage service provided through hotel is just ok. Can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure the oil used triggered a big allergic reaction all over my body, and I've never had an allergic reaction before, of any kind.

1. Water in the washroom was salty like sea water. Could not take a complete bath during stay. 2. Could not use the hotel wifi. 3. Swimming pool water was also salty too. 4. Hotel as a whole was bit old. Redecorating is essential. My washroom got locked and was a bad situation once. 5. Sculptures around the area gives a little creepy feeling at night. 6. Room was not sound proof. Everything could be hard from outside and inside.

We didn’t really eat there for breakfast so we went and had breakfast in front of the beach just up the alley way from our hotel we were lucky we changed our room free of charge to ground pool rooms I had booked connecting rooms but my 3 year old kept climbing on the chair to look over the balcony . The pools and outside scenery of wina is a winner I would go again
