Only issue is the last room air conditioning....not cool and leaking. But staff were able to follow up and repair immediately... 👍

Overall was good...very acceptably clean. Housekeeping can be improved if only they clean the rooms every two days...

The Villa is old and needs a renovation, very limited kitchen items, no tea, coffee supplied, nice pool but was dirty and over priced for what you get

The Villa was in a quiet location and away from traffic, great design, 2 bedrooms down stairs and the other upstairs, each bedroom has own en-suite plus an extra bathroom

The villa was a little run down, the sliding doors would slide beyond its stop, so there was no use in locking them and the doors were gappy so lots of mosquitoes visited at night.

The property has a lot of potential. I wouldn’t recommend it for younger adults travelling on their own. My room was just off the pool which was fantastic. However it wasn’t secure. The sliding doors weren’t attached to anything at the bottom which meant they could be opened even when locked. There was also quite a large gap at the sides of the doors. We didn’t use the main house bedroom as it was just the two of us, we could tell that someone had been in the main house on the last night as the lights were on in the bedroom. This made us nervous. It’s a beautiful house and outbuildings, however the kitchen needs a bit of work. I was surprised that there wasn’t a toaster, kettle or microwave. It would be good to have a bottle opener too. The staff were great. But communication was a bit of an issue as there was only one person who could speak English and we only saw him in passing once. We requested information on what was nearby and no one could tell us. There weren’t any leaflets or maps. We depended on google the whole time. It’s a short walk to the main strip but a small shop on site would have been good.

The property is lovely, the pool is great and there’s plenty of room. It’s also nice and quiet.

The villa for a family of four was a very good size with cold pool in a nice garden courtyard, rooms and beds were big, air con worked well in all parts of the villa. Master suite bathroom was huge and the other 2 were good size all with good storage space and good water pressure hot and cold. Breakfast included and delivered to villa each morning at your time request with choice of eggs, sausages, ham, fruit , juice tea or coffee. 🍳☕🍉 room cleaned every day and staff will help you with anything 😊🙏

Where to start ... bed rock hard. Linen yellow discoulered. Power points didn't work in bathroom downstairs also not attached firmly to walls. Door didn't close in bedroom downstairs so you couldn't lock it also had a gap to let mosquitoes in and also blew open and shut with wind. Power point in bedroom worked when it wanted to. Safe in bedroom wasn't bolted down so you could just lift it up and walk away with it, kind of defeats the whole purpose of a safe. Air conditioning in bedroom downstairs and in loungeroom wasn't good at all. PowerPoint's held together with silicone. Breakfasts were always cold. Housekeeping for 10 nights Was done 2 times? Asked for more but didn't happen. Was supposed to be every 2nd day. Pool never cleaned so flower's and leaves all through pool. Was supposed to be daily clean. So many more issues. And yes spoke to staff over and over again but got nowhere. Rooms were not described as we requested prior to booking. And we had asked same question about showers in room several times before booking to make sure it was as needed but when we arrived it wasn't. Wanted extra 3 hours late checkout reception girl said yes was OK noone coming in our room then later that day she told us we had to pay $150. Needless to say we didn't stay for late checkout. I could keep going. People pay alot of money to stay in villas and you should have maintained rooms. Would we stay there again NO WAY would we recommend to anyone NO WAY. If I could have got a refund straight away we would have definitely moved to another place.

All the staff are super friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs. We are traveling with our friends and the villa is perfect for our stay. The villa is clean and spacious. Thank you to the Sindi reservation team and Gustu from the Front Office who were always attentive and ensured our stay was memorable.

The staff wer nice but not very attentive. We had to ask for housekeeping, we had to ask for the pool to be cleaned, we had to ask for more toilet paper as they wouldn't re stock when they did finally do a clean. Sometimes we would be out and they will have gone into our villa to clean after we asked and they would leave our door wide open and not locked. We paid alot of money to stay here and it was VERY run down and overpriced
