For the price and 5 start status, room without hand and face towel?

for a 5 star hotel, they should take a look more into the cleanliness. i’m very picky with the cleanliness of the hotel, i found big stains (brown stains) on the bed so i asked them to change the bed sheet the next morning (we were so tired for the trip, i had no energy to wait for them to change it) the bidet was also dirty so my husband had to clean it before using it. maybe the staffs should be careful before installing the bed sheets :)

the staffs were very nice and helpful. we asked for a crib and they gave us the crib already installed, completed with baby pillows etc. very great hospitality. i have no complain for the location because i was visiting relatives nearby anyway. connected to the malls so no problem for finding food.

Due to the COVID-19 standard the room amenities are very limited for 5 Star standard. The hotel provides only one bath towel per person, no hand towel or anything. The shower is heavily leaking and floods the entire bathroom.

Feel cheated. Paid the equivalent of 115 USD for a so called "Executive Queen Room", because was the lowest room type available. My partner booked an "De Luxe Queen Room" for the next night for USD 50. When moving in, found out it was the exactly same room standard. Only on the 11th instead of the 15th floor and we had two small towels less. Outrageous for what they dare take 115 USD! Service staff is undertrained. Like, insisting the bill to be paid while we're eating. Then refusing to put it on the room number, because the deposit they asked us for at check in was lower than the bill. Such a fuzz while we were trying to enjoy our dinner. The corridors are full of dirty plates from finished room service, even at 8 in the morning the plates from the AFTERNOON BEFORE are not cleared from the floor. Cockroach heaven. Same at 2pm, breakfast room service plates still around. Staff walks through with empty hands, not picking it up ("not my job" ). Will definitely not come back to Wyndham Opi in Palembang.

Not a good stay for business...not recomendded. Staff is not ready to handle business

Reception not helpful and not friendly, named Yuni. I asked for invoice , she said management wyndham cannot give billing or invoice when online booking. This is not correct, a good hotel chain always can print bill in any condition for good corporate governance

- Super dirty room. There was everywhere hair from the previous hotel guests - The toilet pipe was disgustingly stinking and spread in the whole room a very uncomfortable smell - Even I booked a non-smoking room it smelled like smoke everywhere - The towels was not fresh at all - Never ever again. This is far away of being a 5-star hotel

The air exhaust fan was super dirty like it has never been cleaned since its opening. The bathroom was smelly. The towel was torn with holes in it. The pillow case has holes too. The noise! Oh God. Like the room next door has like 10 people packed into one room, and the children keep on screaming. The room above has kids jumping from bed to the floor (probably) the whole night. It was a horrible experience, overall.

The only good thing about this hotel is THE STAFF! They are super friendly and very hospitable. But the property and their system??? T_T I was super taken aback to know that a Wyndham facility can be this bad. The TOP MANAGEMENT has to do something about it or else, people like my friends and I who usually use Wyndham / Marriott Chain will stop coming to this one in Palembang.
