The pool needs more maintenace, the water in the plunge pool as well. It's better to change the water before the guest occupie the room. The jacuzzi also needs cleaning and maintenance.

I like the ambience of the place, the hospitlity of the staff, d the foods are okay. The room is spacious, and the facilities varies

Lovely ocean view at breakfast restaurant and by the pool. Comfy rooms with spa on the balcony. Staff were really lovely and happy to help in any way. We stayed here on our way to somewhere else but would stay again

Maintenance on the main pool during our stay. Hotel needs a lot of TLC! Appears to be understaffed but the staff that are there are helpful.

At the time of our stay there was some construction/maintenance work going on at the property which we were not informed about beforehand. And the ATM in the hotel was not working.

The room was very nice and we had great ocean view! The staff was amaazing, very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed the yoga class at the property as well as the pool area. The restaurant is affordable and the food was good :) highly recommend this place for stay!

They have very high prices, they have to reduce it especially for the transportation etc.

I like the view and the service and everything was amazing. The Food at Beach Club was very affordable and tasty.

Needed a little maintenance, floorboards loose on restaurant and pool deck. Fridge in our room did not work, tap on our jucuzzi had a crack and sprayed water. One lift out of order. Some of the things mentioned on booking.com were not correct ie there was no shuttle offered. No bikes offered. I thought it mentioned an on-site mini mart but there was not one. No soap in bathroom or bath mat, hand towels, just 2 main bath towels. No information regarding pool towels. The information on the TV would have been fabulous if you could read it but the quality was so bad you couldn’t, and this is such an easy fix. The cocktails were not to standard but honestly didn’t expect them to be in Bali lol.

There were bugs in the bedroom! It's normal because somehow it's full of greenery but the gigantic cockroach in the bedroom was scary! And also the internet was not good in one of the rooms.

The landscape of the resort was superb, the hotel was so big and spacious! You could have lots of privacy!

We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 different rooms from the 26th-28th of December. The building and rooms looked worn out and old/dark. Some hotel rooms were being fixed and looked really dusty from the hallways. The telephone in the room didn’t work and so we couldn’t ask for the reception to help us when we needed room service. We had to look around the corridor to see any available staff😅Towels were kind of old and unclean. The lady helping with jotting down guests from different rooms at breakfast was not very friendy~maybe she’s a trainee but better training in this hospitality industry is needed. There should also be a staff ready by the pools to provide pool towels~nothing was available and no staff available near the pools. Breakfast was just OK.

Don't expect to much to get help from the Office Boy to help you carry on the luggages, as the helpers are very limited in numbers and less responsive. Do your own is much better for physical excercise. The hotel beach is not for swimming, beach swimming is prohibited for safety reasons.

The hotel landscape's good; close to the sea water sports of Blue Lagoon (31 minutes by car driving); Ubud (1 hour 30 minutes). The hotel surrounding is greeny with paddy field, and we can feel and hear the sound of ocean waves from the room. The hotel has two swimming pools with warm water, good to relaxation.

Hot shower does not always work. Building 5 level 3 handrails are very wobly and really not safe especially for kids on upper level

Breakfast menu selection are really good, room and bed are very comfy, airconditioning really good, spacious space around the resort, good ocean view. Very comfortable stay during our 4 nights stay

Some parts need a bit of a renovation, such as the bathroom and flooring. The restaurant area needs a bit of attention to the gardens, and surrounding areas. Pool was very cloudy.

The room had several things that were not working. The fridge was faulty. A lamp was broken. The hot tub was also only cold water so couldn’t really use at night.

The location was close to Kusamba Port.
