The room needs a little renovation

Good location, friendly staff. We had the Victoria room in the corner of the building which is a funny decorated room with a lot of space. Hotel arranged motor bike rental, rooms were clean.

- We had planned to spend some time by the pool but the ambience was non-existent and the pool area was in poor condition. The timber decking was loose and broken, the tables were broken, the pool ladder was broken which made getting in and out of the pool dangerous. The pool itself was clean and well maintained. - When we checked out we had to wait while someone went and checked our room for "belongings left behind" (or was it damage)? Suspect this was because we left early even though we told the receptionist at check-in that we would only be there for 8 hours or so and the reason for this. The whole episode left a bad feeling and was not handled very discreetly.

- Due to its proximity to the airport and reasonable price we booked this room for a few hours between having to check out of our previous accommodation and catching our late night flight, so we didn't stay overnight. - The room was very clean , the bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size. - Close to the centre of Kuta with shops, restaurants, etc and a short walk to the beach.

The location is right in the Center of Kuta, so you are a short walk from plenty of stores and restaurants. The airport is also a very short drive away. The staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable.

The room is nicely decorated with vintage-looking furniture and paintings. It felt like home. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is great as it’s close to many restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Ask for ice and told no which was disappointing as there is no small fridge…in fact no fridge was a deal breaker for my return visit

Every night there was food/leftovers on the floor outside of my neighbours doors and it was staying there for almost one entire day. The floor in the rooms is covered by plastic “grass” which hygiene is bad and it feels weird walking on it. The laundry is very expensive, they charge per piece not per kilo!

Location is nice with many shops around and close to the beach. The beds are huge and very comfortable. Staff was always very kind and helpful . The breakfast is the beat I had comparing to any other hotel I have been in Indonesia

Rooms were too hot. First room aircon didn't work at all; second room was at least cool, but aircon was terribly noisy that I needed to sleep with earplugs. Facilities were dated and need maintenance.

Large rooms and comfortable beds. Beautifully styled hotel. Good facilities (shower, bathroom, etc). First hotel I had in Bali that included a kettle. Parking garage was useful and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice spacious rooms with comfy beds, bathroom with bathtub. Bath gel supplied. Wifi and airco worked fine. Breakfast was of good quality and choice was variable. Standard one got a fruit salad and a warm bun with butter. Choice between one of egg dish / pancake dish / Indonesian dish (nasi goreng, mee goreng, soto ayam, nasi kuning). 5 minutes walking to Discovery Mall, 10-15 minutes walking to Lippo Mall, 15 minutes walking to Beachwalk Shopping Center, 20-30 minutes walking to Mal Bali Galeria. Cineplex @ Lippo Mall opens after 13:00. Sportsbars, eateries, minimarkets, moneychangers, "tour operators" are all around. Food at Gabah restaurant was very good. Taxi to airport: ask hotel staff to fetch you a Bluebird Group taxi; they've got and use a meter.

The rooms do need some refurbishing. While nice, there was a feeling of a rented place.

The people working here are very nice, helpful and attentive. We wanted to change rooms, and they offered us the change as soon as it was possible. The rooms are nice and spacious, cleaned daily, and there's always some water and complimentary chocolate.
