Sound isolation can be way better. Can hear kids screaming and unfortunately staffs yelling instructions to each other. (you can't control guests but housekeeping can pay attention to the volumes)

Games facility at the lobby is complimentary. Limited though so catch it if you see there's noone. Few games in the ps5 but we can't be choosy! Hotel is new, so the interior and room furnishing is amazing. Rooms were clean, kettle and toilet were new and sparkly! Go to the 12th floor if you have time, View of the harbour is fantastic too. Service staffs were friendly and very helpful, love the free upgrade too 😉

I ordered some food, and I had to ask three times for the booking.opm discount and still when I checked out it wasn't applied. The amount is rediculously small but it just raises concerns about honesty of the property.

Convenient location in walking distance from pier. Clean, safe friendly, not involved with the area's slippery activities.

Hotel is clean, facilities are top notch. There are games at the lobby for us to play while waiting for supir or shuttle. Their staffs all friendly, super love it.

Check in process was a bit slow. Staff needs more training to check in more than one room.

Love the big and clean room. The bed is so comfy that I should have requested for late check-out! Outstanding customer service from Vincent. He is so hands-on and customer centric. From the moment we arrived until departure, Vincent and his team exceeded my expectations cos the rates are so reasonable.

The only complain I have is that there is only one mirror in the room and it’s in the toilet. It would be more ideal to have another mirror installed somewhere in the room.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, a short 10 min walk or 3 min car ride to Harbour Bay Ferry terminal. There were many convenience stores and eateries downstairs. The staff were very friendly and that made my stay even more enjoyable. They even allowed me to extend my check out time which I was very grateful for. The room was spacious and even had a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube installed in it. Definitely looking forward to staying there again for my next trip!

The hotel is really clean and the staff are all friendly and catered to our needs. They allowed us to have a late check out and the breakfast spread was decent and tasty. ☺️ We will definitely come back to Yello when we visit Batam again.

Our room is facing front which there Is a Karaoke and Bar. So it’s quite noisy especially in weekends nights. Might affect you if you are a light sleeper. Book Urban room which located higher or ask for room facing the bac not main front lobby.

10 minutes walk (or less) to Harbour bay terminal. Staff are all friendly. Supermarket, restaurants, are within walking distance.

The hotel is fine but the walk to and from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, though short, would have been perfect with proper pavements.
