The outdoor balcony cushions are old and flat and should be replaced. Perhaps a bit of plumbing maintenance in the bathrooms. But really it is a wonderful place to stay . We would stay again.... and again..... and. . .

The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it has the feeling of a family rest stay. Even though the front of hotel is under construction, it does not interfere with the peace and quiet of the hotel and its beautiful gardens.

We had an extra bed in the room and it was very cramped because of this but I’m sure without it would have been fine. There is a lot of construction going on at the front the noise didn’t bother us but it’s good to be aware of so you can find the place

Staff were so friendly and helpful, they had our room ready early which was great for us. Location was perfect close to the monkey forest and lots of restaurants etc. beds and pillows were very comfy.

the staff is the best: i forgot my 500$ in the locker here and when i realized the next day, i reached out to them; they found and kept it for me, i really appreciate it. -quiet during evening/night -comfortable and clean rooms

amazing location close to many nice restaurants and few minutes walking from the heart of Ubud. the hotel is very nice and quiet and we had a great view from our room in the second floor. big shoutout to the friendly staff always ready to help us make the most of our stay. highly recommended

Everything was perfect and the stand-alone villas are just beautiful.

Lovely pool area, breakfast good price (85k IDR) & tasty. Friendly staff. Provided bottled water for brushing teeth & a fresh juice on arrival Upgraded us to the superior room for no reason & set up a portacot for our 2yo. Would stay again.

The only thing is, I counldnʻt tell which of the bottles in the bathroom was soap or shampoo. I forgot to ask the room attendants.

The location was very quiet and walking distance to restaurants, shops and sites. the landscape was amazing.

The wifi reached my room but it was very average and not strong. It sufficed my needs.

The hotel is one a busy main street so close to many restaurants, cafes and shops. Be cautious as if you have a car for a taxi it can get busy some days with traffic. I used Gojek so had no issues. The property is quite long and the rooms are towards the back of the property. My room was right at the back which was great as it was very peaceful especially with the water fountain. There was some construction going on at the front but it was totally fine to walk through, I did not hear any of the noise, maybe as I was at the back of the hotel.

Everything!We had a lovely stay!!!Initially,we had another reservation somewhere else but we had to flee because the place was disgusting so it was a last minute reservation.Made at around 2 a.m. for the next day.Although they were almost fully booked and they allocated us on the first and second floor when we sent them that we were honeymooners and we wanted our rooms to be close to each other and to have double beds,they took our request into consideration and they satisfied it.That was not the only surprise.When we checked in our rooms were beautifully decorated for honeymooners and welcome fruit was offered too.They even apologised for the simplicity of the decoration!It was lovely!Nothing else was needed!The staff is out of this world!Kind-hearted,always helpful with a huge smile on their faces!!!On arrival we were offered a glass of mix juice -tastiest juice ever and on New Year Eve 4 mojitos were prepared for us!Not to mention the hours spent trying to find out what to do with our next stay.We could find no one and the staff tried to help us by calling and searching online to find contact details so as to talk with the reception of the other hotel.Finally we extended our stay in Yulia!!!Special thanks to Dwi and the other guy at reception the name of whom I can’t remember for making our stay remarkable!Great job guys!!!We can’t thank you enough!!!

Lovely, authentic yet modern rooms. Quiet property Lovely staff Good size pool and perfect temperature Stayed downstairs in an interconnected room for our family which was perfect Central Ubud with loads of restaurants at the doorstep and a short walk to Ubud markets and monkey forest

The rooms are a little small with an extra baby bed, even though we got upgraded (which in itself was an amazing gesture)
