The family and staff are very welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and pool is cool and peaceful. 3rd visit and I'll be back again

The room was dirty and smelly! The bathroom was disgusting. The people working there didn't speak english good enough to communicate. It was impossible to dry clothes or towels after shower. There was a lot of mold on the ceiling

Th location was very good. The facilities were also very good. The breakfast pancakes were super delicious. The pool was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. I think with this hotel/homestay you really have to keep in mind the price you are paying. This is not a 5 star hotel, but what you get for the money is really good value. We stayed for 2 weeks and really liked it. The staff was really friendly and nice also!

The location was great and it is a peaceful area. Shops and big supermarket close by. The pool area was amazing and great breakfast. But the best part was the staff, super friendly and always willing to help and assist. The best stay in Bali for sure.

The best group of guys in Ubud. The breakfast is amazing, and the apartment is surrounded by nature like in a fairy tale. The best price-quality ratio. The place is in the strict but quiet center of the city.

Unclean sheets, the rooms were dirty and need maintenance. We cancelled our stay and went elsewhere. No response yet so we are even waiting for the cancellation from this property. Seriously uncool. Don't go here.

This property was very disappointing and did not live up to the pictures on the site. The room was not clean and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, particularly the bathroom, which was smelly. The sheets has hairs and ants in them. The door would also not close properly, leaving a gap for insects and lizards to get through. The host was not accommodating at all, when we told him about the door and said ‘I can do nothing’. When we also asked for fresh towels, since we were staying for 4 days, he said I already gave you towels and handed us one. Very disappointed.

The bed was large and comfortable and was located in a somewhat central location.

I booked this property because it was the only one I could find that offered twin beds but only one of the rooms we got had a twin bed which was really annoying as the people traveling were not couples and I could have chosen much better accommodation if double beds had been ok for us. Some rooms were better but mine was dirty. I had to add another room to my booking and dealing with the establishment was impossible. They did not respond to my many many requests which was really hard as I was handing a group of 9 people. I arrived in Bali not knowing if we were even going to have a place to stay. It's 2023.responding to an email or message is easy.

This is a great location and the pool was nice. Also like the actual accommodation compound.

stayed here for two nights only last week when i visited Ubud again.it is the second time i stayed at Yuliati House.the first time more than 10 years.this time i found some changes.first,they have a superb pool,the pool is a bonus to the homestay.second,they have more rooms than before.i still remember the first time i stayed at their standard room,that time their bathroom even using traditional way,that means taking bath by using water trough and plastic dipper.this time i stayed at the room beside the pool,its location is great,cuz have a pool view.i did once swim in the pool,very nice experience,deep and big enough to swim.breakfast served at your room,i tried omelette one day,and banana pancake another day.all comes with coffee or tea and fruit platter.both are delicious,and portion is big.they have two male staffs,and sometimes very busy,so have to be more patience.when i checked out,i met another male staff ketut,he is helpful,arranged transport for me to the airport at reasonable price.staying at Yuliati House is convenient. there are many restaurants nearby.also there are at least three laundries within walking distance.the location is good, jl sukma close to ubud center,but not very busy,so you can have rather quiet stay here.and dont forget to talk with the talking bird at the front gate of Yuliati House.also,be noted that Yuliati house and another homestay share the same compound, Yuliati located at the back,so you have to go across that homestay first,after that,you can see Yuliati House. if you want to stay at a homestay with nice pool,then Yuliati house is the best choice.

Yuliati was a lovely and welcoming home stay. very central, but set back on the property. so you still feel you are out of the hustle and bustle of the busy street. A beautiful and relaxing pool, surrounded by lush greenery. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. reception offers loads of activities to book and help you on your travels. fresh clean drinking water available at reception to refill. shout out to Ketut and reception. He went beyond to help plan my daily activities and had great recommendations. All the staff were welcoming and lovely. made my stay feel very at home. definitely will be back.

For the room I had, this is not the best value for the money when I compare with other accommodations in this price range.

The room I got was not in its best shape. The bathroom was probably 30 years old and you can see the wear and tear. Just by painting the walls and by giving it a good scrub, and the experience would have been much better, but still not worth the 32 EUR for night. For aprox. 30 EUR per night you can surely find a much better room in Ubud. They might have rooms which are updated, but the one I stayed in, I would not have paid more than 20 EUR per night. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was always hot water + Wi-Fi connection in the room was great. Not breaking up. I think it would not have been a bad place to work from for a day or 2. They offered me a complementary breakfast, which was very nice of them of course. I could enjoy my breakfast at the terrace of my Bungalow which made the experience much better. They serve an amazingly tasty banana pancake. Even with the complementary breakfast, I still feel I paid a lot for the quality of the room, that is if you compare it to the other accommodations in Ubud. They accept payment by card and by bank transfer. For paying by card you will be asked to pay a 2% surcharge. The swimming pool was clean. They no longer have the been bags which you can see in the photos on Booking, they only had 2 chairs. Good part is that don’t restrict you when you can and can’t us the swimming pool.

Lovely Balinese people house/ hotel. The staff was brilliant - made breakfast for us at 6:30am as we had to leave. Breakfast is big portions and very delicious. The room was clean, very basic with air conditioning. It is near Ubud centre, but also very quiet. Great budget stay.

This is the first time I stayed in a home stay. It was fabulous. Great location. I felt safe even when arriving at 2am. Staff were two young guys who ran the whole thing. They were just the right amount of fun and responded well on whatap. Staying here I had an opportunity to see how Balinese people live. A taxi driver told me that the owner of the house is prima dancer who is now retired from dancing and teachers. The place had a nice pool. I was allowed even later check out when it was required without any fuss. Highly recommend for anyone ready for a homestay. This is not a luxury place, but a humble and honest home with separate apartments. My apartment had a pool view and. I was happy to eat breakfast on the balcony. Would stay there again if travelling on budget.
