Finishings are a little cheap looking (steel doors are rusty, pool has been repaired with different coloured grout to the original that was used, bathroom slab is separating from main house slab). Lighting could be improved (too dark).

Breakfast was great, staff we're friendly and happy to accommodate any requests like booking taxi's or private cars. Good atmosphere.

Enjoyed every thing about our stay at ZIN. From the size and privacy of the pool and villa to the breakfast and spa services. Was everything it was meant to be.

Only thing was maybe the shower turned cold or poor water here and there. But was not a major issue for us.

Everything!! The location mainly was perfect if you want to stay in busy Changgu. Located next to the beach, the restaurant had a good vibe, gym where you can join classes and the staff were all super friendly.

Nothing comes to mind. This area is being built up so there's a bit of traffic/construction around but that's Canggu at the moment!

We had a wonderful stay at Zin! The staff were all lovely and so friendly, they were very helpful with our queries and made our stay in Canggu a great one. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious! The best we've had in Bali

The staff made our stay. We have stayed here for a week and the service is as impeccable. No request was too much. Other than that, the ambiance of the hotel was absolutely great. Having the restaurant with great menu options so close made us feel we had nothing to worry about. I can recommend everyone to stay here for a while

The hotel had a very open and comfortable feel as soon as you walk in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was one with a private pool and it was perfect. We used the pool a lot. Canggu beach was just 200m down the road where you could surf/get lessons and rent lounge chairs, get food and drinks. There was a large selection of breakfast options as well as juices/smoothies and coffee. We were sad to leave.

Decor in our room felt slightly dated, but it was spacious and comfortable

Location was convenient to get around Canggu, you can walk along the beach to the Lawn, Atlas or Finns in 5-10 minutes and all the shops too. We loved the complementary a la carte breakfasts and massage.

Unfortunately it’s unlikely the hotel can do anything about it but the whole area smells like sewage. The hotel is along a river of stagnant water and some times it was too smelly to sit by our pool. We won’t return to Canguu.

Really lovely boutique hotel and very friendly staff. We were happy with the size of our Teak villa and private pool. The breakfast at the attached cafe was very nice. We didn’t hear any construction.

A very smart place. They made the most out of everything. Comfy room, very nice hotel layout with smaller yards with greenery and pools - we loved ours; cute little spa, great food, handy work space for those who need to do some work, super fast and attentive service with lots of added value and freebies throughout our stay - I felt like they really wanted us to have a great time. Close to the beach and on a street with cool restaurants, it was an ideal place for Canggu and a great value for money.

I wasn't sure what i was allowed to have from the menu and if i could have ore than one coffee etc.

The choice on the menu was excellent and they were able to change some of the options to cater for my dietary needs.

Breakfast was amazing and a great start to each day. We loved the design and vibe of our villa plus the private pool was so nice. All the staff were lovely and helpful whenever we had questions. The location is close to multiple beaches, cafes, restaurants, and more.

Excellent location. Close to beach but still could walk to "the center". Zin had great cafe, where you could have breakfast and other meals aswell. Very welcoming staff and great service.
