The rooms are quite dated and in need of refurbishment. Especially the bathrooms. The openness of the main bathroom meant there were a lot of mosquitoes (perhaps this is just the time of year). The layout (each room completely separate from the others) didn’t suit our young family.

The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the location is very central. Easy walking distance to the best Seminyak has to offer.

There was definitely a lot more mosquitoes than we expected. The shower and toilet are outside so be prepared to fight off mosquitoes. Staff were great for proving us with bug spray during the stay

It would be great to have a fan in the shower/toilet area, just to get some air movement in the humidity. The walls and pool could do with a paint/refresh soon as well.

We loved everything about this stay - the service was great, fresh cooked breakfast served next to the pool, 2 a/c’s in the room kept us cool out of the heat, great size bed and living space too. The absolute star was the pool though… absolutely huge, perfect temperature and half is always in the shade throughout the day! We had such a relaxing stay and would definitely come back!

Since everything is open and outdoors, this villa is essentially for a couple. The mosquitoes and insects in the outdoor/open bathroom and pool areas were quite a nuisance. While the staff helped us by installing mosquito coils on our every request, we required a continuous supply of those at all points of the day to step outside the room.

Location: The property is a 5-10 min walk away from the main market, La Favela, the shopping street, and some brilliant eateries. Grocery stores are at a stone's throw distance. A massage parlor is right outside the property. Villa: Beautiful private villa with a lot of greenery around, perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway, with all essential amenities. We have stayed in other villas in Bali before, but Ziva villas are the best managed and maintained in the heart of the city. Housekeeping had arranged a beautiful flower arrangement for us when we arrived. The swimming pool was big enough for a couple, and the kitchen had all the essentials for someone to cook a small meal. The room was not only perfectly designed but we were also provided with speakers to play our music while we chilled in the pool. F&B: We ordered dinner 1 night and their floating breakfast on Day 1. The breakfast spread was superb. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staff: Very polite and helpful for all our requests. They made our stay super comfortable. Housekeeping service was prompt and they kept our villa clean every day.

Better steps accessing the pool in more than one place would have been easier to get in and out.

A little run down. Sun lounges need upgrading as they were very uncomfortable.

Although the room was amazing, there are clear signs of wear and tear that are not maintained up to the standard of this property. There was clear damage in some of the area's of the villa, however with some extra maintenance this property will be amazing again.

Staff were very friendly, they took really good care of my pregnant wife and were very attentive to details. Breakfast was amazing and they accommodated all our requests and dietary requirements. Location is close to the center with plenty of food and attractions around the location.

The decor is a little dated.

the property is close to everything but far enough away to be out of it a little. The 3 bedroom Villa was spacious. The staff were amazing, caring and thoughtful and available throughout the day and night.

Villa 1 dated and in need of repair, staff explained repairs due to start. After covid this is understandable and will take time to re coup funds for repairs. We overlooked condition as was lovely and clean.

Location fantastic, staff really nice and helpful, it has been a tough few years for the Bali people but lovely smiling welcome. Bed very comfy and mosquito repellant provided. Aircon great in the bed/living. Pool very large for a 1 bed villa and was lovely.

There were a few little things that probably need a little work. The villa has aged a bit but still beautiful. The kitchen lacked simple things like dishwashing liquid and some cooking utensils. The aircon in the living room was broken, which made the room smell, therefore only having our bedrooms to lounge in. The staff were really friendly and tried to fix the issue. The rooms don't really connect well enough to flow seamlessly but this only bothered us because of the living room aircon not working and there was quite a bit of rain during our stay. The mosquitos drove us insane! The bathroom is open/has gaps (a design issue) therefore the mosquitos fly in. They're just seem to be lots of mosquitoes which made sitting outside unbearable, which again we resorted to our bedrooms. The staff sprayed the rooms when they did the daily clean but they were still getting in. I bought some mosquito coils from the supermarket.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with 2 families. It was large and fit everyone comfortably. The bed was comfortable and all the rooms were a great size. The pool was so big! The kids loved it. The staff were amazing! Super helpful and friendly, which really added to the positive experience. Daily breakfast was okay, enough to full the tummy before heading out. Location was within walking distance from the main strip, about 10 mins. There was a small super market across the road and a slightly bigger one down the street. There was also a cafe that served good coffee across the road.

The mosquitoes were really bad. With the bathroom and toilet being outdoors (which we loved) we were constantly being bitten. We had to go out and buy our own repellent coils and light them daily to help try and get rid of them.

The villa was gorgeous! Clean, perfectly presented, very modern and a great private pool area. The location was great and within walking distance from all the popular food and bars.
