Zoe‘s is nicely situated right by the lakeside. Rooms are spacious and bright and we enjoyed a lake view. The employees went out of their way to help us organize everything!

Not a big issue but the bathroom doesn't really have anywhere to put toiletries if you have more than a toothbrush.

The staff were extremely friendly, attentive and proactive. Location is superb being right on the lake and the fact that the ferry drops you right at the hotel's jetty makes arriival very easy. Breakfast is delicious and Zoe's is within walking distance from a few good restaurants. Also, the place is spotlessly clean.

The hotel was not comfortable especially for elderly people: 1. There is no elavator and the restaurant is far below three level down using the stairs; 2. There is NO air-conditioner and only standing fan. Even after opening the windows and the door to the corridor there was no wind blowing in; 3. Breakfast at 7.00 am and OK for most people but were always early at 6.00 am beforevany crowd 4. The bath towel in red and yellow was something were not used to; 5. It was a good budget hotel with reasonable price but for us not that comfortable to return..

The exterior of the hotel looked good and the view of Lake Toba was excellent. Location was good as it was not far from the main terminal for vehicles crossing and the drop off by car was right in front of the reception.

No ac but the fan turned out to be enough if you keep the door open. No mini fridge and no ice. A lot of stairs but great views.

Very comfortable bed and good hot shower. Delicious full breakfast. Lovely pool and beautiful grounds. Staff is so nice and friendly and helpful. The ferry drops you off at the dock. Free kayaks for a little paddling. They do laundry for a low fee and it came out perfect.

So many stairs that you can’t avoid…can’t recommend to anyone having mobility problems. Please add Bintang to a selection of beers.

Very friendly staff and accommodating to our needs. Went during low season so nice and peaceful relaxing by the lovely pool with a view of the lake. Beautiful massages too for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Could get a bit stuffy as there was only one fan in each room. TV doesn’t work- you need to cast from your phone.

Nothing to say. Everything is great. The hospitality of all the staffs were great.

The breakfast was awesome and delicious. The coffee house view is great as facing to the Lake Toba. We enjoyed staying here. My youngest daughter has enjoyed the swimming pool and also fishing activity. The hotel provides fishing rod without any charges. Mdm Melanie is such a good person where she entertained everyone with awesome hospitality. My youngest daughter even gifted her a small key chain as Christmas gift as likes her so much. Definitely, will recommend to our friends about Zoe's Paradise Waterfront Hotel.

The room with the view is worth the extra $ Location is fantastic The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling which is what you want when you are on holiday Great laundry service, we left all clean and shiny again, which is very important if you’re travelling by motorbike We manage to get a great massage in the room, actually we did two 😁 Great local restaurants near by

When we out the stuff didn’t make clean room Usually when we stay at hotel they must make the clean room if we stay more than one night.

They’re give upgrade room and we got the good view without paying more,infinity pool nice and the best view , breakfast good tasty maybe juste give more choose for jus.
