“Very comfortable bed, our room was lovely and spacious and quiet, we had a great night's sleep, having shampoo, body wash and hand wash was lovely, we really enjoyed the kit kat bars and tea and coffee as it was midnight when we returned. Breakfast was freshly cooked and there was plenty to choose from, fruit, cereals. Bus stop across the road, we actually walked back from the marquee, it was enjoyable and not too far if you like a walk I would definitely recommend and return here when next in Cork”

“Staff member on arrival was delightfully warm & welcoming (Miriam or Maryam I think). Easy check in. We were given directions to find a petrol station to fill up our hire car before returning it (hadn't found one ourselves in the drive from Kinsale). Miriam (I hope that is her name) also helped us with directions to find a shop for nibbles & drinks that we enjoyed in the gardens of the property. Comfy bed, lovely shower & a good sleep was had here. We were also advised of some options for gluten free eating in Cork which my cousin who suffers from coeliac disease requires. Breakfast at Gabriel's was wonderful with plenty of gluten free options. Just a few minutes walk into Cork City & buses to Blarney & beyond, easy access to the train station. A great location & we were really made to feel at home.”
