This property is unique and it is surrounded by natural beauty. We loved the warm, personal attention from the staff, which includes a tour of the property. The food is the best we’ve had so far in Ireland.

The history and the people. Plus a tour of a privately owned castle.

Nice quiet and somewhat remote. A welcome break from our previous days in Dublin.

We were not able to check in early as our room was not ready. Some other guests were able to check in early.

It is a beautiful hotel with nice furniture and decorations. Our room was very spacious but has no view of the ocean.

We LOVED the tour of the castle! In addition, we enjoyed a delicious dinner (and breakfast) in a lovely dining room. Really enjoyed our nightcap in the little pub with great conversation with other guests of the hotel.

There is no fridge in the room and the dinner was average and not, as advertised, a chef experience.

The hotel has fantastic vibe and atmosphere, Rooms and grounds are beautiful and so is the castle. Beds are very comfortable and there is a strong feeling of old world charm. Hotel is close to many attractions, especially cliffs of Moher.

Bathroom facilities are old but certainly workable.

Amazing location upon a hilltop overlooking the coast and cliffs of Moher. Lovely old hotel/guesthouse with it's very own castle ruins. The property has a top notch restaurant which served us dinner and breakfast. Also there is a bar off the lobby for a pint anytime. Parking was plentiful. The grounds were beautiful. The owner provided a history of the property and a castle tour. The castle was in great condition. Meals were amazing, other guests were lovely to meet and talk to.
