House keeping could have been better. The kitchen floor needed a good clean, splashes of tea on wall and toilets/showers would have benefited from a thorough bleach and scrub. A quick cat's lick is not enough. But apart from that the linen was clean and fresh and lovely to have the extra space you can't get in a hotel/B&B. Would come again.

It was a little cold but improved once we turned the heating on and good hot water available.

Dermot was really helpful and kept in touch. Beds were comfy and spacious rooms. Easily accessible for wheelchair and wet room with disabled parking.

Found outer doors a bit tricky and the cold tap in the kitchen was stiff. It was odd to have an ironing board but no iron. Towels were small but plentiful. I would have liked a hairdryer. Had to cut out a couple of sights in order to get to the office in time for 1700 but as key was left in the flat it wouldnt have been a problem. Could have done with a chopping board

Plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. Reasonably equiped kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer as well as small toaster and kettle. Parking was easy and there was grassy areas for the dog. Easy to find on outskirts of Letterkenny and good for getting to the Atlantic Way. Just 30-40 mins walk to centre where there are lots of pubs. Can recommend the brewery for dog owners as it has outside covered area

The apartment needs a deep clean. The tap was stiff, hooks in the bathrooms needed, no toilet brush.

No TV but we were aware in advance and brought our own. The crockery in the kitchen was not clean so I would advise bringing some cleaning products. (sponge and washing up liquid)

Everything was good but to pick something the sofa needs repair, ud fall into the middle of it 🤪 a plug for kitchen sink for washing delph. These are nothing that upset my stay just observations for small improvements. Wondering why given 3rd floor apt when place wasnt full, lower would have been handier for us and cleaners but we are well able for a few steps and hadn't requested lower. Surprised they dont have tv rental seperate for those rainy days.

Lots of parking, space in the apartment which was clean and reasonably well equipped, good location for our adventures. Dermot was very good at accommodating our late arrival and answering any queries promptly I'm sure if anything had been an issue he would have dealt with it as efficiently. Great to have 3bed not always easy got at a reasonable cost. Much better than student accommodation I had years ago. No tv so enjoyed few card games and giggles with our teens.

Everything was spot on.. No issues.

Dermot was very accommodating when I collected the keys.Very pleasantly surprised with apartments. we all got a bedroom each and nice fresh and clean. Basic amenities but had everything needed..free WiFi which is great so u can watch shows etc on laptop/tablet /phone. Plenty of shops nearby to get any groceries. The purpose of our stay was golfing and this accommodation was perfect for what we required. Thanks Dermot.

Very basic accommodation for the price. No bathroom mats. Only space for 3 to sit in the sitting/dining area. Only 4 knives and 4 forks & 4 spoons. 1 small dish cloth. Mold on the wooden blinds.

Plenty of hot water, clean bathrooms and bed linen. Near the shop. Adequate cooking facilities
