Bar Menu was basic for a 4 star hotel and my family got very burnt chips not able to eat, my dessert was mixed up too the night before also instead of being told they were out of that particular dessert,one of our party could only get a pizza served to room after his late arrival and long journey , a review of the bar menu and room menu is needed .The Buffet Breakfast is excellent. I asked reception to contact my sister for me as my phone was dead and she was expecting to call me , we couldn't make contact until she realised she had my mother's key and was able to come down to our room after us all waiting in rooms , reception said it was against procedure . Some guests had robes and slippers for pool but anyone from level 3 had to go into public space ask for towels with their clothes change also and shower there , very strange. Saying all this I would stay again and recommend to my friends.

On the morning of checkout had breakfast, it was cold, paid €14.50 for it. Also on the day of check in I wasn't aware that they charge extra for overnight parking.

I would recommend calling ahead to hotel and get advice on using charger before arrival. Car charger in underground car park wasn't 'visible' on the app. Using it was an absolute pain. You had to try to get the app to 'find' the charger to work it.... moving around car park and wait and move around and then wait some more and then move again until finally the charger is "found" by the app. I think its the fault of where the charger is positioned (underground where there is weak Internet mobile data signal). The hotel staff are well aware of the issue.

The staff were really very helpful. The hotel was lovely and our room was really nice and very big with a massive bed! Vegan cooked breakfast was good. Bottomless cups of self serve fresh coffee was appreciated too.

Resturaunt menu same as bar menu both nights the same not a wide range to choose from. Shower head in room wouldnt stay upright and door on shower felt like it was about to fall off

Nothing here really only we were gave a different room I think from the original booked as the original one had 2 single beds and offered slippers and bathrobes. We also had to bring our little son with us so we had to ask staff for an extra bed for him which it was no problem at all and staff at reception sorted that out for us.

What can I say only that we had a fantastic couple of nights here at Limerick Strand hotel for our 8th anniversary! Before we came I wanted to do something special to surprise my partner. So I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating our anniversary and they kindly offered to complimentary decorate our room which the housekeeping staff did an amazing job on that was so beautifully done so special thank you to them and Susan for organising this along with a box of chocolates. And I ordered a bottle of processco for our room my partner loved it, it was perfect and lovely surprise for him as he had no clue so thank you so much for making our weekend so special!

No everything was great.

The hotel was lovely, very central walking distance to the city centre. Great facilities in the hotel, nice bar, comfortable bed and clean room. Staff were approachable, welcoming and nice. The leisure centre was lovely and open u til 9pm which was great to relax in the evening after exploring the city. Underground car park was also great.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Alejandro on reception. Roon was spacious and best was super confy. Used the pool both days was excellent and not too busy. Bath and separate shower in bathroom was nice change and rituals toiletries. Hotel attended to our special request very well, we will defbe back.

The pillows were far too soft and extremely discomforting as you may as well lay without one, had to double up on pillows but that made it even worse. Shame because the bed was so comfortable. The indoor balcony was.. different? It would be nicer to have been like a normal balcony but I wouldn’t say this is too big of an issue for most.

The Junior Suite with balcony was possibly one of the largest rooms I’ve ever stayed in, the bed was massive and extremely comfortable (bar the pillows), bathroom was spacious, balcony was large with an amazing view (but concealed) and the area for watching tv / dining was also quite large.

Our breakfast wasn't included, we hadn't realised that. It was an actionable €14.50 each for breakfast and werent made aware of the €10 carparking fee before our stay.

Buffet only offered as everything geared for Rugby match..... The shower was really weak and needs updating.
