Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandF&B - Food was not the best, sorry. Also, we saw the same dish presented very differently on consecutive days. Poor wine selection. On two occasions the wrong person unknowingly ended up footing the bill for food and drink consumed by other members of the group. Bar staff very friendly but lacking experience and direction. Checkin - We were not informed at checkin that a weekly parking ticket was more advantageous than a daily pass.
Staff were friendly. The hotel clean and rooms comfortable.

United StatesThe AC would shut off about 3 AM. Yes it was needed as the sun would heat the room. The feather bed was very heavy and there was no top sheet. Ended up being hot. I found it difficult to adjust AC. This would not be an issue unless the temps are higher outside.
Great location near King John Castle and downtown overlooking the Shannon River. The staff was very friendly.

The property was in a great location with views over the Shannon. The room was fabulous and the staff organised us to have a celebration plate and card to mark the reason for our visit, our 30th wedding anniversary. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite.

This hotel room was truly amazing—so cosy and relaxing! The front staff were incredibly nice and genuine, and they spoke Portuguese, which was a great touch. Having breakfast delivered to the room was a lovely experience, and the location couldn't have been better. Perfect spot for a stay!
