like staying with the most hospitable family. breakfast was made to order and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer! The bed was comfy, great view of the water and totally spotless! would love to stay again it was perfect for what we needed :-) thank you!

Room was small but comfortable and we had all that we needed provided. Although no kettle in the rooms hosts kindly invited us to use kitchen to make hot drinks if needed.

Great location, not a long drive to any part of the island. Lovely hosts who made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and the breakfast kept us going all day! We were able to boil a kettle in their kitchen for supper and mid morning coffee which was great.

The owners were both really nice to us, they also showed us the routes to follow to reach the main landmarks in Achill. We had two rented bikes with us and we were able to put them in their shed during the night. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. At breakfast they offer the classic Irish, gluten free options too.

Eileen and Brendan do an excellent job, they are very welcoming and knowledgeable on the local are . The location is very peaceful yet only a short walk to Achill Sound . The breakfast was perfect.

Super hosts, they were extremely kind to us offering to cook breakfast very early so we could hop on our bikes on our way back to Westport. The house is directly on the Greenway on the amazingly beautiful Achill Island. Room was comfortable and with a nice view. Highly recommended

I guess I missed the description which said they only accept cash instead of deducting from the credit card I used. I brought a small amount of euros for spending money and didn’t plan on this. Now I have to pay another fee to get more euros. Also, he called me a “Yank.” Hmmmm. “All you Yanks..” he said. It is a derogatory term and it didn’t feel welcoming. Other than that, I was comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Everything was quite exceptional, and the price was more than reasonable. The b&b is located directly next to the Greenway bike/walk trail. The couple that run the place were very accommodating.
