I spent ages looking for the coffee machine but there isn't one; not even a tray with a kettle. A nespresso should be there, really. I did say so on checkout and they said they provide complimentary beverages to the room. There should be a note to this effect & I would have been happy to order. The restaurant was closed as it was a Monday (but there should be some room service hot food, to avoid walking into the city). I was a late arrival and wouldn't do so in the dark. In fairness they emailed in advance to say so, but a 4* hotel is a 4* hotel...

This is a lovely boutique hotel beautifully restored. The rooms are named after Irish writers, which is a nice idea and it's right on the corner of the People's Park for a walk. The room is smallish, but very comfortable and spotless. The room is nicely appointed with robe/slippers & comfortable. Great bathroom. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was in a lovely room, and was fine.

The night we stayed there was only a set tasting menu being served in the restaurant, which didnt suit us so we dined elsewhere.

Excellent location, staff were extremely friendly and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and all table service in their stylish restaurant.

Fabulous hotel! The staff were so lovely. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had in Ireland. The location was great, in the heart of Georgian Limerick. Couldn't fault this hotel, top notch! Would love to go back.

The friendliness of the staff and the exceptional customer care. The comfort of the rooms is also exceptional . Breakfast cooked to order and excellent choice available. The spa is one of the best I've ever visited....the therapist and facilities were outstanding...can't wait to go back

Check-in was fast and personable. Room was very comfortable and hotel location was perfect for my quick 1-day visit to Limerick. I ended up paying for hotel breakfast and it was one of the best I'd had while traveling in Ireland.

Parking options weren't clear before arrival. Not a criticism of the hotel at all but I had forgotten my phone charger and thought it might be handy for the hotel to keep a spare multi-charger at reception that could be borrowed for a few hours.

Lovely breakfast, very comfy bed, felt like a proper relaxing getaway. Staff were all lovely and friendly.
