We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomGood location looking over Mullaghmore Harbour.Lovely bright room with sea view. Beach only a short walk away. Very relaxing stay. Fabulous views from the restaurant overlooking the sea. Very good breakfast. We had a wonderful two night stay. Pier Head Hotel is a lovely hotel.

Location was great view of the pier from room lovely view from dining room added bonus of terrace especially with the great weather. Breakfast was good. I am personally not a fan of buffet style breakfast but on this occasion I was pleasantly surprised with the cooked option.🙂
