Lovely leisure centre/pool. Lady running kids zone was fabulous. Restaurant very reasonable and food was good. Rooms were grand. AC working so we had no complaints. Great location- just a few minutes into town and near the beaches. Excellent playground just down the road from the hotel.

The pool changing area didn’t feel very clean, but it may just have been because it’s quite drab and dated! The pool itself was fine.

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Lots of room for the cot and we could let the baby crawl around without having to worry about her being in danger. The hotel felt quite modern and clean. The restaurant had great food.

The windows in the apartment did not have child safety locks which I think is disappointing but only a minor thing. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

The hotel has fantastic facilities, we have a 2 and 3 year old so the pool and jungle gym were brilliant. We stayed in the two bed apartment which was ideal and had everything we needed.

Food in the bar was a bit slow and was good but not great.

Alcoholic drinks were very over priced. It was 5 star hotel prices. € 6.50 for a pint and nearly €10 for a glass of wine

The service at dinner could have been better. The waiter put the top of the high chair on a plate when I wasn't looking and when I picked up the lid of the highchair the plate flew off and smashed and the waiter just stared me and walked off. I was quite embarrassed.

The 2 bedroom apartment was across the road in a row of houses which I wasn’t aware of and had to walk across in the pouring rain from the reception with suitcases. The heating hadn’t been turned on in advance so it was initially quite chilly. Laminate floor in the living room made it feel cold and not cosy. By comparison, the other room that I had booked for our group was a family room in the main hotel which was lovely and cosy.

Really liked the reception area where you can sit and have a drink. Breakfast was great too. Staff lovely.

There was only 1 hand towel in the bathroom in our family room, i had to ask for a fresh one every day, with 2 children staying in the room handwashing is constant. As a lone parent I was disappointed that I could not get room service in the evening when my children were in bed.

Good facilities for children. Buffet breakfast was well laid out and lots of choices. The room was spacious and clean.

Apartments are small, no cooker. Parking is hit n miss, busy spot.

Had lunch here, food was good, breckie was fine nice, facilities very good, pool, cinema, zip line / rock climbing etc all on site, great for kids. Clon town very nice, great place.

Kids clubs didn’t go ahead because not enough children for it and that there was no entertainment, only entertainment when bus tour came , which should be there every night or something on still as we still payed to stay and go down use facility and to have no music or entertainment or nothing on for kids was disappointing because there nothing to do all evening and boring

everything was great, except the room was basic, they have refurbished rooms and old rooms and for the money we paid I would have expected a better room. also, bar/waiting staff v slow, a lot of people waiting for service and they in slow motion! otherwise

Lots of people drinking around the lobby women and kids about 30 of them. took over the whole lobby and were really loud.

Breakfast was amazing. Restaurant really busy in the evening for dinner - waited 20 minutes for a bottle of wine.
