Very good

I booked a second night about an hour after checking in. I just happened to go to reception the next morning as I had not received the promised discount voucher for not having my room cleaned and I hadn't received the voucher as I was only staying one night! I explained that I had booked a second night within an hour of checking in the previous day but they had nothing on their system. I was not impressed as I had agreed a price with the young man but nothing was actually booked on my account even tho he said it was. The girl did book it at the rate I was quoted but the efficiency of the reception team was questionable throughout my stay.

Reception was not so brilliant. It wasn't busy but it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time. The room was good and I decided to book another night - not a good experience again at reception. I had dinner in the bar and this was terrible, I am not going to go into details because I complained and the matter was dealt with to my satisfaction. Breakfast in the restaurant was very nice.

Bar menu was a little limited but the food was good. Some areas of the outside of the hotel looked a little untidy but broadly speaking it's well maintained

Truly wonderful staff. Although I did not have breakfast I called down to the restaurant every morning for a coffee. The waitress who was on duty at 7am every morning was very professional and had a lovely positive attitude which made for a nice start to my work day. The girl working at reception was extremely helpful genuinely friendly and made me feel very welcome. All of the bar staff were excellent. Good staff appear to be hard to find these days so the hotel staff stood out in a very positive way from other locations I have stayed in.

My bedroom was a bit cold and I had the feeling it had only recently come back into use after a winter "hibernation". Other than that it was a typical modern hotel room. The restaurant was closed, so I was diverted to the bar for food - would the restaurant food have been better or the same as that served in the bar? I'll never know, but the bar food was OK.

Generally a well-appointed hotel, with reasonable facilities. I need to stay somewhere handy for the airport and for Limerick and this fitted the bill well. I did not have the chance to explore its other faciliities, eg spa - perhaps if I did, I would have given some higher scores

I would have liked a bigger selection of food at breakfast

The kid club was fantastic, my daughter loved it. The staff were very friendly. The food in the bar was excellent.

The dinner in the bar was unforgettable bad. We waited 1 hour and 20 min for the food and burger was the worst I ever eat for 20 € We were not able to turne the heating off, so there was warm to sleep .

Excelt, confortable, clean rooms. Good bed. Relaxing spa. Friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast. Quiet location.

There was no additional throw on the bed and it was a little cool sitting at the table working in the evening

The menu in the bar was limited the food was only ok. The drinks were a let down my husbands smithwick was flat, wine was rotten. On the second night I had a pint of Guinness that was nice.

Leisure club was very nice, breakfast was lovely, water provided in the room was great. Lady that cleaned the room was so nice she gave us extra water and towels she was so helpful and nice..the lady that checked us out was very nice to the kids. People at the desk were very helpful.

Nothing we didn't like,except our stay was too short.

It was a great stay, from Check-In, to then been checked once I arrived in my room. Great dinner and Breakfast.

I arrived late. Kitchen was closed . Options were a club sandwich (but a 40 mins wait) so I opted for a pepperoni pizza delivered to room. It was a poor quality product and was undercooked certainly not worth €25. This needs to be improved

Wish indoor pool was larger, so more people could actually swim . Also sauna and steam room not hot when we went in. Hot tub great though! 😄

Breakfast was great. Good for me being gluten-free too.

Everything was perfect for me had Everything I needed was a great stay for the night, my only grip was the price for one night was a tad expensive I think this needs to be a bit cheaper, apart from that I had a fantastic stay, I would recommend to friends, but the price may put them off, Kind regards John Gault
