Having to climb two and half flight of stairs not good when you have painful knees. No lift.

Location was great and good parking exceptional. Room was comfortable with a great view out to sea.

Classic Victorian seaside b&b, complete with caustic tiles, marble fireplace etc. clean warm comfy room, close to eateries in resort Bundoran. On seafront but easy parking at back. Nice nostalgia wave. Continental brekkue thrown in, cooked extra.

The property was old and tired and felt dusty. The room was small with not much room to put luggage, would become uncomfortable if staying longer than one night. Paid extra for the view. The room was on the third floor, a long way to climb up with luggage.

Arrived late but access was no problem for the host. Property was right on the water front with excellent view. Close to town, we were able to walk to pub/ restaurant for a meal. Lots of hot water for the shower.

The hosts were friendly, breakfast was nice and relaxed, lovely views from the room and breakfast room. Lovely relaxed stay in a period building.

The heat is on thermostat, but the temperature I think is a little too cold makes the night a little freezing as I have a one month old baby with us, adults are fine.

It was very vintage, owner upgraded us to the sea view room, place was clean

The guesthouse is very clean throughout, although there were some signs of mould in the shower.

The guesthouse location and views of the ocean are excellent. Breakfast was great.

We were on third floor with three flights of stairs and no lift and both 70 so was a bit tough shower was hard to control water in the shower

A bit of noise from built up area around. Room was smallish but comfy.

Location, older style guest house, A basic room with kettle tea & coffee, ensuite bathroom. Breakfast room. Manager was helpful with requests. A comfortable stay opposite the beach. Location was near to bus opposite about a 5 minute walk.

We got room 8 at the back of the B&B with a very small window and as it was roasting this weekend the room was quite warm each time we came in with nowhere to dry your wet clothes if you go swimming/surfing. The rooms at the front of house have a beautiful view of the beach and sea. Wasn’t aware of the difference when booking so just note that difference when booking if you want a sea view.

Excellent proximity to the town (arcades, Cinema, surf shops, fun fair) facing the beach. The gentleman who checked us in was lovely, very friendly and offered to give additional information if needed. He also had a delightful little puppy who popped its head in and out of the hallway which was lovely.
