I recently stayed at Bedford Townhouse in Limerick city centre, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Upon my arrival the staff's exceptional service stood out, making my stay truly memorable. Their attentiveness and friendliness added a personal touch that made me feel welcomed and valued. From check-in to breakfast service, the staff professionalism and warmth were noteworthy. Special mention to Denise on reception, she is an absolute credit to Bedford Townhouse her overall professionalism and treated guests with a level of courtesy that truly enhanced the overall experience. Her attention to detail and genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that set a positive tone for the entire stay The rooms were lovely and warm, the beds were super comfortable, the room also had a safe, iron and hair dryer. There was a pair of bathrobe and slippers to use during your stay which was a lovely gesture. The room also had air conditioning. The parlour in lower ground made it feel like a home away from home experience with complimentary wine, fizzy drinks, chocolate, and tea/coffee. In the lower ground there is a small steam room. The building smells fresh and clean the minute you enter the doors. Beautifully decorated throughout. The location was perfect for my needs and walking distance to most attractions including pubs restaurants ect. Parking (Harvey Quays)is a mere 100 meters from the accommodation, a discount is given by Bedford Townhouse to reduce the overall cost of the parking. Overall, Bedford Townhouse surpassed my initial expectations, and I highly recommend it for a delightful stay in Limerick. I will definitely be revisiting the Bedford Townhouse in the very near future.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice. The Parlour Room in the basement with complementary drinks was really pleasant surprise. Nice small steam room. Breakfast was one of the best I've had for long time. Good location. Would definitely go again.

Room was overheated upon my arrival so I had to shut down the radiators and open window, as the controls on the AC unit weren't allowing me going below +20°C.

Room was decorated with modern taste, bed was very comfortable and I had a good night sleep. Breakfast choice was more than satisfactory, food tasty. Double espresso helped my day to kick in. Parking was only a 2 minutes walk away.

I didn't like I absolutely loved bedford townhouse . Staff , food , location absolutely amazing 👏 😍 I'm so happy I found this beautiful place the Gem 💎 of the city . Would definitely reccomended to book and see for yourself 😘

Super central location; really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and other facilities are at a high standard, matching the price point of the hotel. The check-in desk is in a slightly awkward spot right in the middle of the café next door, which also doubles as the breakfast room. That is literally the only mildly inconvenient 'issue' about this place.

The welcome and check in process was really easy, very welcoming, and nice small touches like early check in and welcome card. The lounge area and facilities are brilliant and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Really brilliant location too next to parking.
