How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Good! The room was clean and quiet. Kettle(tea,coffee,sugar)coffee maker(pods), bottled water in room. Hairdryer and iron also in room. Staff is very friendly, and I can't complain about anything, to be honest.

The door to the balcony was not properly sealed so cold air and a a bit of noise got into the room ; thankfully the temperature was well regulated and the hotel is in a calm neighboorhood so it did not bother us too much but still, this should be fixed. The pool area is only accessible for 1h in the morning and 1h in the evening on weekend days... this was a huge disappointment. Since it's a very limited time, the area was FULL of people when we went. Also we felt like the hotel should have provided robes and slippers, as when a hotel is equipped with a spa those are generally included in the room amenities. We felt silly going downstairs in our socks and bathroom towels (no fresh towels are available in the pool area).
The staff was very helpful and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The neighborhood around the hotel is very nice, clean, with a tram station 2 min away and little shops all around. We had dinner at a sushi place just accross the street that was great.

The view wasn’t the best as it was looking onto construction site unfortunately but we didn’t really care as the balcony was massive and room was good Room 751

Surprised that there was no requirement to tap your room key card at the elevators when going back to our room after midnight...leaves the hotel very exposed to non guests...would also recommend a small mirror that can be pulled out for shaving or applying make up in the bathroom...plenty of mirrors in the room but the lighting is not great when applying make up...small issue I know!
Stayed here for a concert at the Three Arena,perfect location...also within walking distance to Grafton Street and other major streets

The car park was a slight inconvenience as it’s a minute walk to the hotel but if you don’t have many bags it’s not too big of an issue
The large suit boasted an extremely comfortable large king sized bed, the bathroom was bigger than most hotels I’ve stayed in and the pullout bed offered an additional space to rest the head. The TV was large and offered many apps (except Netflix) with a wide range of entertainment to choose from.

The whole car-parking thing worked quite well in the end but if we had visited at a busier time, I wonder if we would have been successful in finding a hotel spot in the car park?
The breakfast was excellent; we enjoyed our swim in the pool. The staff were very welcoming.

The pillows were just so thick and caused both of us to have extremely sore neck and shoulder pain the next morning If you are sensitive to noise or a very light sleeper, the rooms are in no way soundproofed. Especially if your above a balcony room if they have the door open you can hear them
