Redeveloping the building joined on to hotel was very noisy The shower had a large crack on the floor tray which had been resealed some way- we decided to avoid it in case we made it worse, luckily there was a bath

It is around a 25min walk to Temple Bar area. I think £180 for one night is actually a bit steep for what you actually get.

We booked a superior balcony room was a bit disappointing as it was at the back of hotel looking onto a building site I think the room was a bit overpriced. Also they dnt have curtains there is full length net curtains which are ok but they dnt keep the room dark at night

This is a bit far away from the Main Street and Temple Area but it has good tramway access very near the hotel.

The hotel is very pretty and has a lot of great details as well as very comfortable. The staff at reception were very supportive and friendly.

The bar staff were all out of sorts and the cocktails didn’t come out well. If it’s late and you’re hungry, there are no close late night options. The hotel’s late night room service charges an insane €7.50 per tray!

It was a nice hotel with a great lounge. Spar, Cafe Nero, and Good Restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Close enough to both the city center and 3Arena.

Some of the staff at the breakfast buffet was a bit grumpy. Waiting for coffee took quite some time. Asking for a bit more scrambled eggs at 09:00 am got me a stare as if I had made an indecent proposition. But overall staff was super friendly and helpful at reception and in the breakfast restaurant

There was some tiles in the bathroom broken and there was not a lot of towels

Its location was handy to go into town and also down to the 3Arena was walking distance so didn’t have to wait for the luas could just walk back after the concert finished, very close to a luas stop too

The reception staff were very hard to understand and seemed to struggle checking us in. Possibly a new employee. The pool opens at 8am, 7am at weekends would be better. The breakfast room was very loud. Sound proofing on the walls etc. might help.

The bar staff were very friendly and chatty. The swimming pool was good for a morning swim before breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and what you'd expect from a good hotel.

The bathroom was a bit tricky, the bathtub/shower was lifted and hard to get in and out. The door stop was right where you step in and out of the tub and a trip risk. The shower head didn’t adjust and the tub faucet was coming loose.

It was close to our pick up location for our bus tour, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Facilities a tad run down, the bath had cracks up the side, coffee machine didn't work and for some reason there was only one chair, we paid for a bottle of wine as it was a celebration and it was on its own with one chair the other person had to sit on the bed/window ledge. The car park ticket machine in the hotel doesn't let you use card, so we had to go get cash out. Also the room at night was BOILING! Even the window open and the ac on we were roasted.

Great location, so handy to drive to, staff so super friendly, handy walk to places, bar, rooms and toilets all spotless
