How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The room is quite small, the bed pretty much occupies the whole room. The was a balcony, however is was narrow and faced the backyard. The concrete floor wasn't that pleasant, but with slippers provided by the hotel it felt OK The balcony door was not proofing, so we had 2 huge butterflies entered the room at the morning The parking arrangement - it was claimed that the hotel provides discount for parking fee, however we have discovered that this arrangement is no longer valid. The room was not soundproof, we heard noises and knocking on the doors during the night
Location Location Location!! The breakfast is excellent! Although the room was not spacy - it had everything we needed - closet, refrigerator, bathing robes Welcoming bottle of wine was very nice.

The TV didn't work due to some rather provisional cables behind it. This was quickly fixed by the stuff. It would also be great to have curtains wider than the windows in our room to really block the sunlight in the morning while avoiding the need to unsuccessfully adjust their optimal location
This is our second time here. A small boutique hotel in a prime location right on Dizingof Square. Attentive stuff, clean, comfy bed, and a great breakfast at the Cucu cafe downstairs.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Staff were super friendly, best location in Tel Aviv. Complementary candies, wine and water in the room.

We reserved the "Medium-sized" room and it was still pretty small.
Clean room , Nespresso coffee machine available in the lobby, great location on Dizzengof st. , free entrance to the "holmes place" gym 3 minutes away . Ask for a room facing the garden.

Noise in the rooms from the street/neighbors. I know it’s a central location but windows for street facing rooms could be thicker

The advertised balcony was so small it’s barely usable. The plants on it need to be trimmed and cleaned up. However I attribute that to the country being on wartime staffing. Bathroom very clean and good hot water. Bed very comfortable. Tiny fridge for a couple of things and good working safe for valuables. Very good breakfast included at restaurant next door.
Location. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Great coffee machine!

For breakfast we were seated in the smoking area. Only after the 3rd time we asked they made an effort to move us.
Clean. Spacious. Large room, bed and bath. Central location.

Towels were not fresh. Room was a bit noisy but considering the central location it understandable.
Cozy room with a nice porch facing Dizengoff street. The service was very friendly.

everything was excellent. the room was really small but other than that it was perfect.
great location in the heart of the city, right next to the dizingoff center and square, walking distance from main avenues and most central tel aviv locations. the room was nicely furnished if very small and the breakfast cafe was excellent. they gave us an extra hour on checkout.

I immersed myself in the heart of Tel Aviv through the hotel's perfect location. The staff was very polite and attentive. They were understanding when I left early due to circumstances on October 7-8, 2023. This place will forever remain in my heart as will Tel Aviv and its people.
