Was actually upgraded when we showed up at the hotel. Was so much fun to get such a nice room and it was actually our anniversary!! Really sweet kids programming.

Some staff didn’t seem friendly and there was a lot of cueing at the front deck for customer service, this needs to be improved

The room had some minor cleaning issues, mostly in the barhroom. The shower appliance was faulty and water was spilled all over the place when used. Certainly details that should be checked regularly in such a high rated hotel.

Breakfast was very complete and had many options available. Nice internal terrace in the room.

The room wasn't ready at the time of check-in, had to wait almost an hour for the room after already arriving late there to begin with. The guy at the reception didn't mention that the room was not ready before paying and I was actually the one that had to ask about the room. In the evening, there was an issue with the TV in the room and when I called reception to ask them to maybe send someone to look at it, I was told not to hope for anyone to come because they had many calls that evening and there wasn't anyone available. Also, when going to eat breakfast the staff told me the meal wasn't included in the price. After telling the girl that that wasn't the case - instead of checking with the reception - she proceeded to call someone else that started telling me the same without even bothering to check first. Honestly, for a hotel that is supposed to be 5* and after paying quite a high price for a one-night stay it was quite disappointing.

The room was great, same for the facilities. Breakfast was tasty.

Fitness room had no towels. One day no water. No wipes. No lighter weights or mats.easier access to enter pool. Life guard and security smoking despite no smoking sign. No shuttle to beaches as stated on website. I chose the hotel because of this feature. The front desk offered a golf cart ride to the surfing beach ,,no thanks. Areas of lobby had chocolate and candy…on floor.

Some guests selfishly reserved most of the spots by the pool and umbrellas for hours before they arrived on the weekend when the hotel was full. The hotel should find a way to discourage this.

Food was great and staff were friendly. The room was well-arranged.We enjoyed it very much.

The suite was described as having 2 double beds and one sofa bed and this was not the case. there was only one double bed and a half decent sofa bed.

FYI: the hotel is located on a tiny peninsula, about 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool is very small and crowded, with very little space to lay down. It was very noisy during the day. FYI#2 - the pool is closed on Saturday.

The suite with a balcony is spacious and very clean. Two TV sets, a writing desk, and a sitting area were very comfortable. Loved the view from our balcony. The staff was very nice and friendly. Thanks to Hanoch for his help and advice! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious!
